We were pleasantly stunned by the view and location during our stay this week. Two apartments, each with private access & spectacular views are tucked under the owners’ residence above. Full glass wall faces Oneroa Beach which is a short pathway away. Large patio & deck provides many options for savoring the amazing view. It is an easy walk up from the ferry terminal, but pick up & drop off service is also available if you wish. Steps away from anything you need - restaurants, shops, bus stops - but very quiet & private. I cannot imagine a better place to stay on Waiheke Island.

Loved our stay here, such a great spot and great accommodation. Fabulous views and SO close to town & beach but still quiet.Well equiped, great condition, very clean. Everything we needed. And Waiheke Island is a slice of paradise. Two things worth knowing about this accommodation. A couple of the photos were taken from the top balcony which is not where the accommodation is. I found this alittle bit deceiving.The owner lives on the top level. . This is also worth knowing as it does reduce your privacy. As well as the fact that the two accommodations basically share outdoor living area and from the smaller one you have to walk past the porch of the 1st one, so once again not the most private. We would however stay here again.

This apartment is located halfway down a drive near Oneroa Beach/shops but it is extremely quiet and restful. There are two apartments at SeaDream; we stayed in the Figtree apartment which had a deck (which caught the morning sun) with chairs, BBQ and views looking over the beach with Coromandel visible in the distance. The interior was well appointed and clean with a sofa, small table, kitchen, fridge, microwave, Sky satellite TV, WiFi and good magazines. There is a separate double bedroom with ensuite and shower. Towels were changed halfway through our stay. We did bring a car over to the island, however a car was not totally necessary as Matiatia wharf, the local cinema and restaurants are nearby. In addition, a bus service that takes you to the vineyards and vineyard restaurants is handy with the bus stop being located at the top of the driveway. The management were very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at SeaDream enormously. The suite is of a very high standard with amazing views over Oneroa Bay. There is a choice of outdoor seating areas all with the wonderful sea views. All the facilities of Oneroa are on your doorstep, including bus stops to catch buses to Palm Beach and Onetangi if you don't have your own transport. Carrie and Trevor are charming, friendly and helpful hosts.

SeaDream is located in the heart of the small village of Oneroa. Shopping and restaurants are just a few steps away. The room is clean, comfortable and luxurious. A small sun room offers a place to relax and admire the gorgeous view of the sea. Outside the back door is a lovely patio with table, chairs and a barbecue grill. A path leads down to the beach. We didn't meet Carrie while we were there, but Trevor was a wonderful host. He even drove us to an electronics store to buy a New Zealand cell phone and sent us text messages while in the store to make sure I understood how to work the phone. He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We definitely would recommend SeaDream as a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean.

What a beautiful spot. Trevor & Carrie are your perfect hosts. They are so accommodating and can't do enough for you. Really comfortable beds and views to die for. Perfect spot for some R&R. Very central in Oneroa. I stayed in the Kowhai apartment.

We stayed in the Kowhai unit (1 of 2) which was a nice double and offered sea views from the room. Comfortable bed and awesome shower. Self catering helped with a Microwave, Frypan, Toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. In the village so close to shops and restaurants including the 4 Square grocer and the walking path to the beach is right next to the property. Large deck and comfortable outside and inside loungers. Tui’s in the garden and just 1.5 km from ferry. We will be back thank you.
