This place was exactly what we needed after travelling all the way from North Europe: beautiful location, everything worked smoothly, loved the terrace & having a small kitchen, and the tranquility of the place! Also a nice beach nearby with delicious pizzas (Dragonfired). The place is so well located up on a hill, you get to sleep well in perfect peace & quiet and see the stars at night and yet stay within a nice stroll to the village for shops & cafés etc. Regarding the room everything was nice and well arranged, our room had only a tiny bit of ocean view so it was also possible to enjoy the view from a secret spot in the garden - lovely idea!
No need for a taxi when arriving (too much waiting), just hop on a bus and the stops are very close by to the house - just a steep walk uphill which was a bit tricky with baggage, but the location and views are worth it <3

Very peaceful and quiet. Excellent sleep quality. There are three studios here but we never saw or heard another person although Keith assured us all units occupied. Lovely view out over the bay. Studio is light and spacious. I had plenty of room to do a yoga work out on the floor looking out to the view. Heaven.
Well equipped, everything you need for a short stay - can easily prepare breakfast and light snacks in the kitchenette. Only criticism is the shower is quite small although there is lots of space in the bathroom. And the sink in the kitchenette again small. But really minor details in the overall - would come back in a heartbeat.

We went as two couples. Rooms were separate and private each with a view.
Wine and chocolates were a special treat and show the thoughtfulness and character of Keith the owner, as did him checking in with us to see we were happy and later offered us a late checkout.
super location with a short walk to little Oneroa Bay and 10-minute stroll to Oneroa.

While we only stayed one night, our experience was fantastic. From booking, Jo, the owner was responsive, warm, informative, welcoming and professional. Our room, #3, had a lovely view of the bay, was exceptionally appointed, and contained everything you might need. A brief walk to the main town and right near the bus stop, the location was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed on Waiheke for 1 night at Watermark. Jo was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, walking distance to Oneroa and easily accessible to many wineries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Despite never actually meeting Jo, she was as helpful as can be! She was very quick to respond and provided lots of helpful information. We really enjoyed our stay there, it was just what we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway. The place was clean, location was very close to the some amazing restaurants, and the view was just breathtaking. I really regret I was only here for one night. I'd easily stay here again and can highly recommend.

Walked through the door and wow the view is amazing!!! The hostess was helpful and friendly room was awesome, short drive to main street for dinner. Only a small criticism the shower is a bit too small. We were warm and cosy the whole time the bed was wonderful, slept well. Did not want to leave.

We stayed for three days several years ago. It was wonderful. Robes, slippers, tea, coffee, milk for both. Jo was delightful. She even did our laundry. After our 15 hour flight from SFO, followed by a bus, followed by a ferry and a taxi, we were exhausted. It rained all three days, we did not care. We recovered and spent the time driving the island, visiting wineries, eating at wineries, a little shopping. My poor husband was driving, I refused to drive on the wrong side of the road. We came to the first, and probably only traffic circle on the island. He stressed despite NO traffic whatsoever and somehow managed to hit the curb in the center, sending a wheel cover rolling around the circle. Made me get out and get it, the bully. Never laughed so hard - we still tell that story when we explain why we will not drive in New Zealand, Australia, England, etc.
When we left we went on to Wellington then caught a gigantic ferry to the south island then a lovely antique sort of train to Christchurch. I don't think it runs any more. We, along with two other couples we met on the train, drank it dry of white wine.

Hi, we would love to have you stay.
The bus goes to the bottom of our road, Tawa street, but it is 300mtrs up to Watermark and not great if you have heavy luggage. the alternative is a short taxi ride... we are just 3kms from the ferry wharf.
Hope to see you here soon!
please let me know if I can help with anything else.
