Sliding doors hard to open
No face cloths
The resort was nice enough to stay at but don’t expect it to be like the photos… the rooms are pretty outdated & weren’t like in the photos. They didn’t even give you a face cloth and you only get given a thin sheet, no blankets. The ranch sliders were also extremely heavy and difficult to move.
The pool is lovely but the slide had been removed & wasn’t there to use so again, photos are misleading.
The staff were nice overall but weren’t as welcoming as we would have expected & seemed a lot more quiet than what we have experienced elsewhere.
The restaurant was pretty disappointing, the garlic bread is literally just toast with garlic butter spread on it & same with the cheesy bread, just a slice of “fake” cheese. The food was edible & accessible but not overly enjoyable unfortunately.
Overall the stay was decent but don’t expect it to be a “Resort”, it’s definitely more on the hotel side.

It was my first time to visit the Resort, and it is a little distance away from the main road. We were pleasantly surprised by the relaxing atmosphere of the place, the awesome customer service (despite having limited service staff), and even the food was lovely. Also loved the view of the beachfront from the pool.

Bula. Congratulations Yadua Bay Resort for 4years of service. We heard about the resort from my family who stayed there in December 2022, so we decided to check it out. We were given a room upstairs. The room is cozy and very clean. I love the big shower head. The view from the balcony is beautiful looking out to sea. The surroundings and landscape is very neat and tidy. The staff are warm and full of smiles. Our daughter couldn't get enough of the swimming pool. The footpaths and signs are very easy to follow. Their public toilets are so clean. The restaurant food-tasty and filling. You won't get bored. Bonus-internet network works very well everywhere on the property. Best to hold weddings, parties and reunions or just to getaway from the hustle and bustle and relax. Highly recommended.

Check in to start with, no assistance unloading or taking bags to upstairs rooms, after check in it began to rain and the tiles around/walkway are so slippery even at the steps. Manged to spend the night. At breakfast we were 2 adults and 2 kids, they said breakfast is for 2 adults only and kids meals need to be bought. Upon inquiry at the reception she advised its from the directors to give 2 meals per room irrespective of number of guest in room. Most resorts in fiji have kids eat for free policy and this resort is vise versa. Resort has no wifii and some internet availibility is at only at dinning area. Rooms do not have vodafone network coverage so everytime u need to make a call u need to move out into open area or car parks to make a call. I do not recommend this resort to anyone.

Only booked for 1 night for 2 adults 2 children thank goodness. Greeting when arrived was not to welcoming. Room only had 2 towels on arrival, as it says check in is 2pm to make sure the room is prepared for your needs. Bottom sheet of bed was more like a half sheet. Jug filthy Inside. Food from restaurant disappointing. Garlic bread $8.50. It was 5 normal pieces of sliced bread with an overload of garlic and soggy. Fish and chips looked sad. They have to many options on the menu so the result is poor quality food. Had inclusive breakfast but practically a half serve of a cooked breakfast which consisted of 5 wedges, scrambled eggs, slightly cooked.toast a small slice of banana, pawpaw and pineapple.. For a small resort it has so much potential but has a long way to go.

Trip to Yadua Bay Resort with my girlfriend was a fun and lovely experience. The hospitality was great, friendly and welcoming staff. The food was great. We stayed for one night in the deluxe room overlooking the pool and the ocean. I must say the location was what makes it even better away from the busy roads and towns where you can just enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean. It was a lovely experience and can't wait to visit again anytime soon.

Not as shown in pictures.
Firstly the resort has a remote location with very limited internet access. The pool slides that are shown in pictures have been removed. The dining area, reception area and the rooms are all located in different blocks with no roofed corridors connecting all the blocks. During our time of stay there was a heavy downpour and we were all socked up while taking a walk from our room to the dining area.
The resort is very deserted and as you enter you will be greeted with cows that are freely gazing around the resort area. We had a terrible experience with the staff during checkout as according to the staff on duty, we had an extra adult for which they decided to charge at last minute and charge for extra breakfast despite us paying for our breakfast. They failed to provide any written policy on the charges they were imposing and till date we await their email.
Think twice before you go here, even the resorts on remote islands have better scenery and service compared to this place.

+1
This was my second time visiting the Yadua Bay Resort. They were very accommodative esp. to our request for early check-in and late check-out but of course this was subject to availability. The resort is located as such it is close to the nearby Sigatoka Town but at the same time it felt so far because of how serene the surroundings were. You wake up to the roaring of the waves and your view is of the beautiful pacific ocean.
The staff are so friendly. Our first night it rained so heavy that our villa porch was bombarded with heavy rain to the point where we had to get mops and towels, I immediately informed reception and within and minute or two there was a knock on our door. Timely & Efficient Customer Service.
I got to try their pizzas for the first time and I loved it. I will say, I am not sure why we serve a bowl of tomato sauce in the middle of the pizza but I guess the amazing taste made me disregard that.
I'll definitely be visiting this resort again very soon.
Vinakwa to Romit, Litia & Shamaal for the amazing serrvice.
