The hotel is clean, it has a magnificent view in the forest. Although the food variety is limited, the food is delicious, there are no activities other than a small ball pool for children. There is no towel service in the thermal pool, I was surprised by this, the employees are generally very helpful and friendly, only the woman at the reception is very sullen. …

It was a clean facility. The staff was attentive. The landscape and nature are perfect, there is no need to explain. I saw that a branch of the thermal water was quite mineral-rich, as it formed a stalactite where it poured into the stream under the hotel's entrance bridge. Only the indoor pool was open during the winter season. Food and beverage quality could be improved.

Ridos located at the end of a picturesque valley seems like in the middle of nowhere. The resort has bungalows and a hotel building and built on a hot water spring all surrounded in a lush green forest.

The large lobby could have been decorated more welcomingThere is an as unatractive restaurant next door, large open space serving open buffet. I have not visited the hot bath so I can not commend on that. On the contrary the rooms of hotel section are clean well decorated with modern bathrooms . There are no AC in the rooms however we were there in mid july and it was cool, no need for AC and the high oxygen level form outside provides good sleeping condition only if you do not mind the sound of flowing stream in front of the hotel.

There is a top roof and bar again poor on decorationwise which seems unoperational and the open buffet served at nite had everything but like all others no taste to catch same goes for the breakfast buffet had local specialties but nothing to write home about. The terrace facing the forest where you can have your drinks and coffee is nice but beware a glass of wine is expensive, yet the quality was good. You may take a walk on the scenic main road which hardly a car passes.other than that there is no attraction unless you are visiting closeby Kackar daglari for trekking or skiing.

Overall for a one nite stay I would recommend the hotel , the basics are okey and I would think the establishment should be the best available in the area. But to see the area first the location is remote secondly you can only drive unless they provide service to and from the closest airport or city.

I am not in a position to commend on the hot bath side if you prefer to use the premises for that purpose.

We came from the road in the morning with 5 friends, we were going to stay for 3 nights, but they asked for half price to give us a room two hours early, and they didn't even want to give us tea and coffee while we were waiting. They were extremely indifferent, we were very tired, so maybe we would stay for 1 night. I think the owner of the hotel is very rich, it's like a business that is just kept...

First of all, I should point out this; A very beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. The peaceful flow of the stream, the bird sounds, we felt incredibly peaceful.
We used the spa section of the hotel, the pool area, Turkish bath and massage rooms were very well maintained. We were very pleased with the spa staff. I will visit again soon. I recommend it to everyone, it's a place you can go with your family. Thank you.

The hotel is far away in nowhere, the road to hotel is bad
There is no AC in rooms, the room was very hot !!
I had bad experience with massage. I had after the massage back pain (hardly to walk) !!!!
SPA (not really like spa) in -1 floor no air or AC, noisy because the floor above is the restaurant. NOT RELAXING AT ALL.
there is only one restaurant in the hotel, Breakfast and dinner is free BUT NOT GOOD!
hotel staff they don't speak english.

Thermal is not bad.
there's not business center NO Printer!
They don't put free water near the bed.

Really it's look like Three stars hotel not five stars!!

We entered hotel around 8pm on March 27 and stayed on nigh there, we had some bad experience that Its better others know about them.

1- we went for dinner about 9pm and everything was finished, we had only some rice and chicken and some salad and it's awful for a hotel with this price, Also the quality of dinner was medium.
2- breakfast was good not as good as everyone expect for this kind of hotel.
3- thermal water pool was not clean and you can see the dirt and pieces of grease on the water.
4- mini bar and refrigerator was empty, after we ask for two bottle of water they charged us 2.5TL for each!
5-- the main problem is about drink, before we went for dinner I asked reception about drink and she told me "Yes, drink in included" and tomorrow when check out they charged us around 40$ for a bottle of wine! It was terrible....

" and totally it was a terrible experience"

The place is supposed to be hotel and spa with sulpher thermal water. Upon visiting the spa as I'm not hotel guest they should the hot indoor swimming pool where the customers were complaining that water is not hot. They proposed private hot bath as water will be fresh and hot and they filled the it with water. Though it is private still the water is warm not hot and the room itself is cold (I'd recommend heating the place itself).
The massage was good and professional.
The place surrounding was great as in all Trabzon.
