Hotel ideally located very close to the historic center, in a quiet area (but not far from a deal point. In the evening, the square is not very busy).
Our room 723, clean, small with relatively elegant sober decoration, had a view of a sort of small park, a monument of the old town, the funicular & the castle. Carpet on the floor, white paint on the walls, tiny bathroom. Soap pump available. The hotel has no particular charm.
Rather average breakfast with organization to improve: buffet with very ordinary products in a narrow corridor where there is not really room to pass each other. A pancake maker was located in the main room of the restaurant. Few people saw it.
Simple dinner in a large, fairly cold room.

This was a cut above the other B&B hotel we have stayed at in the south of France.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well designed, except there is no where to put items in the shower. Just a small shelf would make a big difference.
The breakfast serves a buffet breakfast for €10. However there is enough space for them to provide a kettle and small fridge in the room. This would make it an excellent choice.
The area immediately around hotel is shabby looking apartment buildings but just at the end of the street you cross over into the cobblestoned area with lots of eateries.
Location was a good choice to be close to train station and the old town/river area.
Also loved the information the hotel provided about how they are trying to have less environmental impact.

I stayed here for three nights in December. The room was warm
and cozy, with good black-out curtains. My room was on the 9th floor with a view towards the Old Town.
This hotel is very convenient for walking to the Old Town. It’s also close enough to walk to the bus and train station.
Hot water was ample and my towels, while not fluffy, were big and white. Breakfast included fruit, eggs, breads and pastries.

the hotel has a good location, but the rooms are small, there are "eco-friendly" signs everywhere on the walls, you almost don't use water at all! There is no place for smokers! Too many people in this small hotel! The half of personal doesn't speaking English!

The B and B Ljubljana Park Hotel is very conveniently located just a short five minute walk from the Old Town. That is the only plus of this hotel. When we reached the hotel at 1:00 pm , the lady at the reception did not look too pleased to see us and told us to return at 3:00 pm for the check in although the time given is 2:00 pm. We kept our bags and prepared to leave when my husband asked her if we could have one room ahead of time to freshen up. She then gave us both rooms leaving us wondering why she had said 3:00 pm earlier. The room is very very small - two medium sized suitcases cannot be opened simultaneously in the room! The linen and bath are clean. The room does not have a tea/coffee maker. However, the tea/ coffee dispenser behind the reception has it - for a price. This is surprising because hotels that do not have tea/ coffee in the room have them free of cost at the reception for guests. The hotel has no umbrellas for guests who are asked to buy them for 9 euros. Breakfast was okay.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, the experience of staying at this hotel was negative. the administrator Arman was very unfriendly. I traveled with a child less than 1 year old. It was very important to disinfect the bottles by boiling. but the hotel did not provide me with either a kettle or access to the restaurant. offering only to buy 100 ml boiling water for tea for money. the child was left without clean bottles and the administrator Arman refused to help resolve this issue.

I just asked for a little printed card and chocolate as a surprise for my husband upon arrival. Was told it would cost 20€, I do not mind actually. It is my request. But instead i was the one surprised coming to our room seeing red wine, special Chocolates, a greeting card and jar of honey from their own bee farm! I was not charge at all it became a complimentary gift instead! I am so shy about this, the staff went all the way I was so moved by the gesture ❤️ The roof top view is to die for, location is very near from the center, parking slot is litterally across the street, cheap ( 16€/24hrs) and well secured! The room is modern and as a person with asthma and allergy, it was such a dream not having an attack! Aircon was superb totally kept us cool on a 32 degree heat! The bathroom is the finale, my husband of 6'5 almost do not want to leave the rain shower it fitted him perfectly! Words are not enough, this hotel is charging lower than they should! Wish we could stay longer, well another reason to go back in Lhubljana! Really recommendable! ❤️

Booked this hotel for its central location which is just a 10 minute walk down to the main river so ideal. We arrived after 10pm and were disappointed to not be able to get water anywhere. The hotel has a vending machine which only takes coins which at 10pm was impossible for us to get. We had also made requests for something special in the room which was agreed pre arrival but was not there when we arrived- this was however resolved later. The hotel is dated and resembles an old tower block. Rooms however are clean and equipped with a tv and towels provided. Breakfast included is basic and the dining area can get very busy with travellers. All in all would recommend for a budget city stay if you are not looking for luxury.

Great location, friendly staff and a good enough breakfast. This hotel is a five minute walk from the train station as well as five minutes from old town and Dragon bridge. Lots of places to eat in between the hotel and the bridge, and of course old town has even more of them. Close to the castle, that we had the opportunity to have as a view from the room. Staying here will have you see all of the important sights by foot.
Super-friendly staff, I was a bit surprised that some travelers had a different experience.
The breakfast is quite ordinary, but absolutely sufficient. Also breakfast staff was very welcoming. We spent a couple of nights here in hot august and had no problems with getting the room reach a pleasant temperature - if anything, maybe it was a bit chilly to start with, so we turned it up a couple of degrees.
Just book it 🤗

In the UK the term "B & B" suggests a home owner taking in paying guests as a sideline, not a professional hotel as this is. It has the same feel as a Travelodge or other chain hotel, so I suppose it could be said not to have much "local character", but it is clean and efficient. Location is not considered "central" but is no more than "edge of centre" and is within walking distance of everything
