We stayed 3 nights and this hotel satisfied us throughout. Meanwhile we were offered a larger room at the price of the normal with two beds from a square and a half on the seventh floor with balcony, city view. Room really spacious equipped with everything even a board to keep the stuff folded. Large bathroom equipped with everything from shampoo dispensers, conditioner, shower gel, body cream etc not the usual mini bottles. Friendly and helpful staff, they recommended some really great restaurants. Breakfast varied and plentiful and above all served from 6.30, great time for people who have to work or used to get up early. Pool on the ninth floor to be used upon Reservation. The only drawback that since there were quite a few people after a refreshing bath, given the heat of those days, they could not sit in the chairs, certainly insufficient. Paid parking under the structure but not always available because full. Very central location. We also recommend for value for money

We have been staying at this wonderful property for years now and have always had a great time. The strong points are: the very central location, the very convenient underground parking connected directly to the hotel via the lifts (you can get directly to the room floor), the fantastic breakfast, the very kind and helpful reception staff, and the very comfortable rooms. large and comfortable (ours had a terrace and a magnificent view of the castle). Truly the TOP in Ljubljana! Highly recommended!

The hotel couldn't be more central, it's literally adjacent to the beginning of the ZTL that encloses the historic center.
It is a really well-kept property and deserves its category, with spacious, bright and, above all, clean rooms.
The mattress was quite stiff and the bathroom equipped with bidet.
Room equipped with bathrobe and slippers for access to the wellness area.
Breakfast is served in an adjacent hotel of the same chain, accessible by an internal route. You can find numerous sweet and savory products all of good quality. In general, however, there are more salty products.
The wellness area is very nice with a swimming pool, a sauna and a biosauna; the whole thing is quite small and, tends to be accessed with Reservation because there is a sort of "closed number". Without Reservation you can access only if the area is not "full" and this I did not particularly like because it forces an a priori organization of the day.
The property has a three-level underground garage overall rather small with fairly cramped parking spaces; with a generously sized car it can be tricky to maneuver. I appreciated that there was a garage but it could be handled a little better.
Overall this is a great hotel in which I would stay again without any doubt. Staff really very kind, clean environment and with an enviable location.

Average at best! The rooms are dated and the bathrooms are quite small even by European standards. The shower was made of inexpensive plastic and the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall. Two twin duvets made for uncomfortable sleeping on a king size bed. When we returned to the hotel at 4 in the afternoon the room had not been cleaned . I thought I would call for a towel exchange but the phone in the room didn’t work! Finally had to find hotel staff for towels. However, plus for the hotel is its great location and breakfast.

Let's start with the positive factors:
Great location 2 steps (just under 5' walk) from the 3 decks.
Large triple room with a large double mattress (not 2 singles attached) and a good sofa bed, large bathroom with bathtub and bidet (almost impossible to find abroad)
Parking facilities (for a fee)
Good breakfast both sweet and savory, but...
Coffee machine out of service for most of the breakfast...
On one of the days of our stay we had to wait a long time to sit down as the breakfast room was full and queues even formed at the entrance for too many people.
One day we returned at 4.30 pm and our room had not yet been fixed... (after our recommendation the room was fixed during dinner)
The reception is often under pressure for arrivals, so people already staying at the hotel are not answered on the phone and have to physically go to the lobby and wait...
The wellness area is small, reservations are required, but even there you can find yourself with people queuing to enter the sauna (never happened before!)
I imagine they had a lot of guests, but if the hotel is full you have to arrange with additional staff. In a 4-star hotel some things must not occur.

Staying at the Hotel Eurostars was an intriguing and, in some respects, bizarre experience.
Let's start with the breakfast buffet: although well organized and delicious, it could pay more attention to the options for celiacs, offering more choices. Praise certainly goes to the waiters for their courteous and attentive service, while the large and comfortable spaces of the hotel contributed to a pleasant stay.
In the context of the rooms, some features left a positive impression: the bed, enriched by a comfortable topper, and the availability of tea facilities indeed made the stay more welcoming. However, the overall experience was limited by several areas of much-needed improvement: the room's lack of soundproofing compromised tranquility, while the dated decor and TV sound quality require an upgrade to create ambience. more modern and welcoming. Maintenance reports, such as broken toilet hooks, suggest the need for more careful supervision by staff.
But the most disappointing thing was to find that, starting from the second day, the rooms were not made up: a particularly disconcerting aspect considering the cost of the accommodation and the four-star rating of the hotel. In such a prestigious context, in fact, one would expect high quality service and constant attention to the needs of guests.
Despite these observations, the property can boast of an enviable location: close to tourist spots such as the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation and Prešeren Square, making it an ideal starting point for explorers of the area. Finally, although small in size, the swimming pool is functional, offering an advantage for those who want a moment of relaxation during their stay.
Overall, the Hotel aroused a range of mixed emotions: although it offered pleasant moments (such as the well-organized breakfast and some comforts in the rooms) it is difficult to ignore the disappointment that arose in observing a greater number of negative aspects compared to to the positive ones. An intriguing mix of potential and limitations that, I hope, the hotel can balance in the future to offer a more satisfying experience for guests (and more consistent with what is expected from a hotel of this caliber).

Nice pool, good breakfast, excellent location, good wifi. As for the rest, disappointing, especially given that it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Our €200+ a night room had ineffective AC (external temp was 32 degrees), a squeaking bed frame, an old mattress, seasonally inappropriate bedding, and very low water pressure in the shower. We complained after the first night, and desk staff were polite and responsive. We were moved to a room where the AC actually worked, and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure still low, shower temp variable, and drainage poor. In summary - there are too many rooms in this hotel that simply aren’t worth the money.

The hotel is certainly in a very convenient location and the rooms are welcoming. Forget about the spa which must be booked, the pool is packed with children diving in and the spa is made up of 2 very small saunas and nothing else. Due to a booking error from another hotel we were literally "kicked out" of the room upon our return at 6.00 pm without anyone contacting us at check out time in order to at least organize us for alternative accommodation with a "humane" timing. The misunderstanding probably arose between the 2 hotels but it was the consumer who paid the price. Staff efficient but lacking in empathy. Finding ourselves at 6.00 pm with dinner booked in Ljubljana and 8 hours from home without having an accommodation to stay in did not affect the staff in the slightest who simply asked us to vacate the room since the hotel was full and they could not guarantee us another room for the night. But couldn't they have warned us at least at 11.00 without waiting for our unaware return in the evening? For this treatment we do not feel like giving the facility a positive review.

The location is in the middle of the Old Town, you can get anywhere within a 5-10 minute walk. If you get to Ljubljana by bus or train, you can easly walk to the hotel from the main station.
The room was very nice. Big comfy bed, a desk suitable to get some work done with enough outlets right next to it. Big windows you could fully open. The bathroom had a cosmetic mirror, big sink with lots of space for your stuff, hairdryer, bathtub and bidet. They also provide you with handsoap and body wash, which smelled really nice.
The bathroom and room as a whole were very clean and well kept. House keeping comes in everyday. Desinfectant dispensers are spread throughout the hotel (eg. next to the elevator) and staff was wearing masks anytime I encountered them.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful if you needed literally anything.
The hotel has a Spa with pool and sauna at the top floor, access is included in your stay. You just have to call them and reserve. Haven't been up there, so can't say how it looks.
There are also amenities like a parking garage, breakfast buffet, laundry and ironing service, that can be booked separately.

Great hotel with friendly staff located near the center of Ljubljana. Breakfast was amazing! One of the best, if not the best, of my entire trip, that had 9 hotels in it.
Hotel furniture and design seems a bit dated, but all is cleaned and looking well, so I don't mind that at all.
Only downside was the car park, that is quite small and often does not have any parking spots available. For this I have two suggestions for the hotel: implement a reservation system and forbid staff from taking free parking spaces, by directing them to other parking spots. The alternative parking garage that the hotel staff recommended me was extremely expensive, costing more than 30 euros for little over 8 hours, so I'd say parking is definitely the main issue with the hotel.
Nevertheless, if we exclude the parking, this was a flawless stay.
