Stayed for 2 nights in the hotel (31/12 - 02/01). Although it is a 5* superior hotel, the parking is not private (as written in Booking), it cost 30 euros per day and was totally full and accessible to anyone, even outside the hotel. The valet did not allow us to park the car 3 minutes in order to unload the suitcases in front of the entrance (as he had allowed others); he forced us to unload the car in the street, in the middle of an intersection with traffic lights. In the room, available, there was only herbal tea and coffee. Water was charged (EUR 4.50 of half a liter), like little else in the minibar. Short sheets, ditto the bed (my partner and I are tall and we did not fit). The rooms have windows (there are no windows that can be opened) so it is impossible to make the air circulate in the rooms. Gym: at 1.30 pm on 01/01 there was a basket completely full of finished bottles of water (some even on the ground) and a basket full of dirty towels (certainly the day before since 80% of the hotel had checked out that morning). Cleanliness to review. At check-out they asked us if we had changed the card / room number with other guests (which obviously did not happen) and at that point they realized that they had charged our room to another couple (we had to pre-authorize payment by credit card, at check-in). Fortunately the inconvenience was resolved immediately and no payment had been confirmed with our credit card. Good reception, nice and nice enough. Great location for numerous underground parking lots reachable in less than 2 minutes walk, the center can be reached in less than 10 minutes walk and the station is really very close. Good breakfast buffet, very rich and with good quality. The hotel, in its entirety, looks good but, in our opinion, this is a 4* hotel, no more.

I’ve checked reviews before booking and I’m regretting now. Hotel is newish, modernish, good location, BUT WHAT IN THE WORLD is going on with the staff!? I can’t quite say they are rude but they are NOT friendly at all. Borderline rude and disrespectful. If you don’t ask for attention they aren’t seeing you. Room service order took almost two hours. No call, no explanation, no apology! And they charge 10€ for the room service! Restaurant price is higher than most nice American restaurants, yet the food, steak in particular is not even close to American quality. We’ve had filet mignon and it was very chewy and it didn’t smell good at all. Breakfast buffet is very nice and extensive and should have something for everyone but their coffee machines charge you for better coffee!! I They provide TVs in their rooms but they have set their remotes to a particular volume and neither of us has hearing problems but we certainly can’t hear it if the AC is on. Talking about the AC, it never ever gets below 23C/73F. Writing this it occurred to me; maybe that’s limited as well. Nice views if not facing construction site/noise. If you’re expecting good service and getting what you paid for; book something else. This ain’t the place you’ll get that.

Easy to reach with paid parking in the basement, this hotel is a 20/30 minute walk from the entire historic centre of Ljubljana. Very nice and friendly staff. The room was spacious, comfortable with good bedding. Well soundproofed apart from the Christmas music a little too loud in the corridors night and day. Rich and varied breakfast. A good place to visit this beautiful capital.

Good structure, good location, shame about the staff and lack of clarity. Upon arrival we were immediately asked by more people if we needed to park the car in the garage. However, none of them mentioned the daily fee of EUR 30 to be paid for this service. This fee is not mentioned on the site from which we booked and not even in the service book in the room, but is hidden on the site of the structure in a section almost impossible to find. To our requests to obtain the receipt of expenses (tourist tax and parking) and a copy of the signed contract on arrival, always about parking, the property does not respond. I would not recommend it if you are looking for an honest place, because it gave us the impression that their primary goal was to take as much money as possible. The positives were the location very close to the center and the breakfast with a wide selection of products.

Extremely disappointed with the services. When we come the room was to stocked with tea bags, sugar, bottled water, one bathrobevinstead of 2 an missing 2cpairscof sleepers. Next day we come in the evening and there was garbage from the garbage can placed Nd "fortgotten" on my cosmetic bag and perfume. Shane for the 5 star hotel!

AC doesn’t work room temperature is 22 degrees or higher, first couple of days of my stay it did work however limited ( lowest was 20 degrees after setting the lowest possible of 19) recommended room temperature for a good sleep is 16-18 degrees, so at least the lowest possible setting should be 16 and it should cool the room, not just circulate air and heat up during the night to a “cozy “ 24-25 degrees in the early morning
Apparently the management decided to limit/switch off the cooling capability, or trying to save ?
I have stayed in 3 star hotels ( charging only have the room rate) that had beter climate control and this pretends to be a 5 star hotel….
Other services are maximum at a 4 star or lower level . ( room service, cleaning of the room and so on)

This hotel for us was in the perfect location. Close to town, the bus station and train station. The room, air conditioning, water pressure was all perfect. The breakfast was outstanding. So much of variety and really good too. It looked and felt like it was a brand new hotel. It was a very nice hotel. They do have a restaurant and I’m assuming the food would be very good. We tried eating there on our first night and due to heavy rain almost everyone went to the restaurant all at once. There was only one person working and he couldn’t keep up with the orders. Unfortunately guests just started leaving after placing their orders for food. The hotel should have really closed the restaurant due to lack of staff instead of trying to keep it open and service a huge amount of guests all at once. We ended up going across the street and had Bureks. It was lovely and fresh and kept us full.

The room was gorgeous and modern, very clean and well kept, as was the bathroom. We were on the 19th floor with a view of the entire city out the window and it was lovely.
Although, I would note the second half of our group had a room on the 18th floor facing a different direction than the one I was staying in. And it is quite interesting having a direct view into the rooms of other people in the hotel on the other side of the street. There are curtains, of course, and you can prevent them from looking into your own, but there's definitely a dichotomy between the view experience which I thought I'd add.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, having no issues placing our group of eight into two rooms and providing everyone with both the keys and all necessary information for the duration of our stay.
The breakfast buffet was quite good and well stocked with all kinds of options readily avaliable. We arrived past ten and were somewhat worried the majority of the food would be gone by the time that we did (since breakfast is from 8 to 11), but we experienced no such issues.
Also worth mentioning is that it's quite close to the city centre even when going on foot (which our group did majority of the time, and trust me, not many of us are walkers), but also has great access to public transportation as the bust stops are about a minute away.
It is most certainly a place I would stay at again in the future.

We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room matched what we expected from our booking and was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Lobby bar service and food were excellent, as was the buffet breakfast. Staff were mostly professional. This is a five-star hotel, though, and there were a few issues that I felt fell short. On arrival we parked outside the hotel and were approached by a porter who I assumed would help with bags and arrange for our car to be parked. He did not offer to help with bags and told us we should have parked in the garage ourselves (some training on how to give guests a warm welcome may be needed). This issue was later resolved at reception, who did park the car for us and retrieved it on departure. Slippers were provided in the room but they were not what I’d expect in this level of hotel - paper-thin. I was also surprised that no food and drink were available after 10pm - even the lobby bar closed then (this was a Friday night). We were looking forward to a drink after attending a show in town and luckily found another hotel down the road which was serving till 2330. Overall, though, I’d consider staying here again. The central city location is also a plus.

We spent one night in this brand new hotel. Everything is done for the well-being of each customer. Spacious family room, fast and efficient room service. Fabulous breakfast with all dishes from different places. Fresh bread, pastries, waffles, cold meats, etc. Our room had stunning views of the town and castle.
