Nice location on Lake Bled. Right next to the bus stop. Easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The paid swimming area is about an 8 min walk from the hotel and the free swimming areas are about a 20-25 min walk (or further if you decide to go to an even farther one). Hotel is clean and nice. Helpful front desk staff. The breakfast has a nice variety. They had a chia pudding labeled gluten free and they also had kombucha. (Would love to see more things labeled gluten free where applicable and not obvious.) The hotel is quiet (unless someone is loud in the hallways). The room is relaxing and the balcony was nice to sit out on in the evenings. The bed was way too firm for my preference though, so I had a bit of a hard time sleeping. But other than that the stay was great. You can rent an electric scooter from them for a couple hours if you want to explore nearby areas. The gym and pool areas were clean and nice. Many different places to sit indoors and outdoors to relax. Definitely recommend this hotel in Lake Bled.

Excellent venue with caring staff and an unbelievably rich breakfast experience. The room 216 is spacious and silent. No view of the lake though. The varanda lights stay on until after 10PM commanded by AI. The guest can not turn them off, and the staff have no power over it. Also the varanda blinds are closed controlled remotely by the reception. Why? If you sit on the varanda at night, you are an illuminated specimen.

Set a little bit further back from the lake( still with a nice view of the lake from the lake view room). I mention the location beucae it is actually much better that it is a bit far back since the night we stayed there was a bon Jovi concert in the evening at the Christmas Market on the promenade but it wasn't too loud in our room since it was a bit away from all the action.
This hotel is full of unique little touches that surprised us at every turn. There is a beautiful smell when you enter the hotel, which is instantly calming. The decor is unique and quite lovely. The room is very spacious and very clean. The best part was the service all staff were very friendly and attentive. The lovely receptionist even sorted out a charge for me since I forgot mine. That was a lifesaver. Breakfast was really good, lots of homemade items. The homemade butter and cottage cheese were exceptional. They even gave a party gift of a jar of jam at check out. We will definitely come again and we highly recommend it.

Firstly this is an outstanding hotel and is really modern, well located and with fantastic facilities.
The swimming pool is really well maintained and enjoyable, with a hot tub/loungers facing the lake.
You walk out the hotel and you are literally at the lake. You can’t get any closer, which was handy when we went to the only place on the lake where you can swim and do water sports, as they’re on your doorstep.
My issue here is that we paid for a lake view, but were given the other side. When I pointed this out to hotel staff, they said it was booking.coms fault and they’d pointed it out to them plenty of times before but it still happens. So we were left disappointed thinking we were supposed to see the lake. To add insult to injury, the room we were given was right next to the lift. So as you walk out that lift, there are seats to view the lake and people congregate there. So we were kept up at night then woken up first thing with kids running to and from the seats and lift. Again I pointed this out to staff and got a bit of a shrug of the shoulders.
The only thing 3 hours sleep did, was allow me to get up early to enjoy the top quality breakfast. Probably one of the best I’ve had at a hotel like this.
I’m disappointed as if we had the room lake side that we booked and not next to the lift, this would be a 5 out of 5 for me all day.

Based on pictures and reviews, we were very excited about this hotel; however, this is a hotel that focuses more on "Instagramability" rather than true quality. The location was great and the views of the church were excellent but the quality of the room, materials, and overall construction left something to be desired - especially for the price. The breakfast buffet was good but we were disappointed to find the restaurant next to empty during dinner service.

I stayed at this hotel Saturday and Sunday night. The Hotel is very colorful and in a very good position as it is facing the lake. I booked through a satellite site and unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to choose the room. I would have preferred the room facing the lake and not facing the city like mine was. Plus the room was very small. Bed, desk, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with acceptable shower tray. I must say, however, that it was perfectly soundproofed. I didn't hear (despite my super hearing) the guests in the adjacent rooms nor the passage of cars outside. This hotel is 4 stars and the cost is proportionate to the category. The breakfast was super even if the "dessert" department should be strengthened (I realize that only us Italians eat dessert in the morning). I don't like the idea of real python for guest photos. The swimming pool is excellent if "frequented" by a few guests, otherwise too small. I don't think the water was at 30 degrees as stated but with "two strokes" I didn't give much thought to the freshness. Parking cost to be paid separately but certainly cheap. The employees are all very kind; I appreciated the water bowl during breakfast for my dog. Obviously dogs allowed and the cost is not exactly cheap. Like all hotels, some things could be improved, such as small touch-up jobs on the interior paint. In any case I recommend it.

The hotel from the outside looks very outdated but has been nicely renovated indoors. When checking in staff seemed very nice but sadly we ended up having one of the worst hotel stays of our lives..
The outdoor jacuzzi was lukewarm if that (we called to ask if it was hot before booking the hotel), after we got out of it we were told that we cannot have dinner. We checked in at 7pm and nobody bothered to mention that a 4 star hotel only serves dinner till 9pm and has no room service at all throughout the night.
We would have put up with all that if it wasn't for 3 massive parties going on inside the hotel that night (in the middle of the pandemic). On top of that about 10 girls next door were doing drugs in their room but when we went down to the reception around 4am nobody seemed to care. We were told that we can check out (there and then!) and get our money back but if we stayed we'll be paying full price. About four hours later, after over an hours long conversation with one of the managers we got 20% discount which we thought was an absolute joke. We had a 10 hour drive back home that day which after a sleepless night was that much more difficult.
Anyways we were told that the general manager will email us the next day but here we are 4 months later and still have not heard anything.

Just a few steps away from the beautiful Lake, lies even more beautiful hotel. Each room has a balcony which is a must for me. Rooms are stylish and spacious ( We took superior room) Me and my girlfriends enjoyed rich breakfast selection and a fine selection of Gin cocktails drinking at evenings outside on the hotel garden with a nice camp fire. Was really cosy <3 Hotel has so many beautiful spots to take pictures and the friendly staff takes a picture of you with nothing but smile :) We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again <3 Nikki

The hotel is new and modern, in an excellent location, overlooking the lake. The room was small but the bed was extraordinarily comfortable. The bathroom is also very small and there is a problem of half-protected shower cabin from which water simply must go out. The wellness center could benefit from more resting space, and steam sauna should be fixed - the floor is scorching hot, but the temperature in the room is barely lukewarm. At breakfast there was quite a spectacular choice of food. The only thing missing are freshly squeezed juices. All in all nice and comfy. The quite low rate I’m giving is due to the unpleasant surprise in form of a SNAKE exhibited in the breakfast room at breakfast time. I can understand new concepts, I love animals, i support the idea that getting to know some animals might reduce the fear or animosity. Bu i DON’t support being forced to face my worst fear without any warning, at hotel breakfast. I really don’t find it amusing. If I knew about this original way that this hotel uses to entertain its guests I wouldn’t have gone there even if they offered me to stay there for free, let alone paying for it.

The best hotel in Slovenia. And we have been in many.
The staff is extremely polite, professional and helpful.
The hotel is clean and fresh. The room was spacious enough and it had a balcony overlooking a garden and a bit of lake.
The spa, pool, and jacuzzi are fantastic. We had the whole jacuzzy and pool for outselves for hours.
The breakfast is awesome. On weekends, there is a choice of brunch or breakfast that exceeds a usual 4-star hotel offer. And a snake and turtle exhibition, which our kids loved. The snake and the turtle are both friendly and the young lady has a wealth of knowledge about animals.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
