I will write to tell everyone that lower floor room with front facing are noisy. The close by railway line was no help in getting good rest. Radiator heating control needs updating as I had to freeze inside the room.

Visited Krakow for a long weekend break with friends... the hotel looks unassuming from the outside, but inside it is modern and beautiful. The staff are amazing, the breakfast is brilliant, honestly a great hotel in a great location. The rooms are large with wifi, USB chargers, comfortable beds, great bathroom. And please, make the most of the amazing food in the restaurant or happy hour cocktails in the courtyard. Covid sucks, but the hotel has great processes in place to keep you safe. Do yourself a favour, stay here, and take the short walk to the Jewish area or main square.

Stayed here in September for 4 nights, hotel was quiet because of Covid so they kindly upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. Beautiful big bedroom, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, selection of cold meats, fruit, cereal, yogurts etc, and if you wanted cooked eggs you just asked the staff, there was a wide selection but the scrambled eggs were delicious! The hotel is 5 mins walk into the old Jewish Quarter, lots of bars and restaurants it had a great atmosphere. Ten minutes walk to the city centre too, it was ideally located. The staff were all very friendly and all spoke good English. We loved our stay, would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights. The staff at the hotel are great and always willing to help. The location is really good for the Jewish quarter and only 10 mins walk to the Old Town. The room was very nice with everything you need. The standard of cleaning was very high and hand sanitiser was available in all areas. The bar was very good with an excellent happy hour from 3-7pm. Breakfast was a good standard although service was a bit slow on some mornings. There is a supermarket across the street for any essentials, which is really handy. Plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the nearby area. Overall a really good stay and we would definitely go back.
