It is very nice property with nice rooms, absolutely gorgeous and spacious SPA/swimming pool/sauna area. Very sensible pricing in the restaurant and for the room minibar. Normally I avoid it, but it was so reasonable we ate a few times in the restaurant and used minibar. Shrimps with Zuchini were best shrimps I think I ever had.
Unfortunately I experienced extremely high number of rather small issues showing inadequate management and procedures.
1. Receptionist tried to refuse upgrade I was entitled to.
2. Room desk very small, shaking.
3. Unstable cofffe table.
4. Glass protection at stairs with hand marks (during Covid!).
5. Spa reception not occupied, no signs to pool.
6. No signs outside jaccuzzi available, no signs to exit where you need card. People exiting directly from the pool, but you could not return without a card!
7. Chromecast on TV was not working.
8. Room with one bed, but made of two joined beds, uncomfortable. Two separate duvets provided.
9. Bathrobes available only in size L, one filthy.
10. Directed to the bf area even though I asked for a'la carte bf. BF room packed and long line for table. Staff insufficient, tables not cleaned. Confirmed with waitress if I could have a'la carte menu. When seated waiter said a'la carte bf avilable only in the restaurant, wasted 15 minutes.
11. In the restaurant we were sat at the table which was filthy.
12. Omelettes delivered with different ingredients we ordered.
13. No hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes.

Excellent hotel. Really in good shape, great maintenance. Rooms are in very good state and there have a very good size. We stayed in a room 2 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect stay. Facilities are perfect: swimming pool great as well as lobby and bar. Food was very good, but service could be a little bit better. You can get beach chairs for the day. Parking quite expensive, but there is a parking in front where you can park for 1/3 of cost. Breakfast is quite expensive and walking distance you can find great alternatives much cheaper.

I had the opportunitgy to visit this hotel about 2 years ago, shortly after the beginning of the pandemic, as the rates were very low. From the first step into the lobby, I fell in love with this hotel. Finally, I was able to return this March.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. While I hold elite status with three hotel chains, it tends that most properties nowadays do not play by the rules and try to get around to grant benefits you should receive. Not this hotel! Early check-in was availabe without any problem. I was upgraded to a suite and there was a bottle of wine and a welcome card waiting for me in the room.

Room was at the end of the hallway, away from the elevator on a high floor, as requested. The suite was spacious, in a modern decor and ultra clean. Onliest problem was, that the TV in the bedroom did not work.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor and has an open kitchen. So, from most seats, you can watch the chefs how they prepare your food. The selection on the menue is small but it has something for everyone (kids, vegan, fish...) The quality seems to be very high while the prices are moderate.

The bar is also located on the ground floor, right next to the restaurant. While there, I always ordered a cocktail, not listed on the menue and voila, no problem at all. The bartenders are very attendive and know their job!

The pool and Spa is located in the basement. During my stay I enjoyed several massages, which I booked via email in advance. A 50 minutes massage was 230 zloty which is an acceptable price for such a hotel. You can find the spa menue on the polish website of the hotel (also available in English).

From the hotel you reach the beach in abput 5 minutes. The city center of Sopot is approximately 15 minutes away. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, in case you want to go to Gdansk.

Altogether, it is one of my favorite hotels in Poland and my next trip is already booked. You can't go wrong with this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Property is great, very modern, great pools etc.
Unfortunately as a guest I felt there as intruder. I arrived a bit early. When trying to check in receptionist said they were all booked (which was a lie as all room types were available for booking) and it was not possible to checkin early. Not even checking computer, guest status etc.
Points for the stay didn't post. So 10 days (time to post according to the website) after that I contacted hotel. I was told it was up to the chain and wait 2 weeks. Month later points not posted, eve though I contacted hotel again and they promised to contact the chain.
After the stay I filled out the survey. I made a few guest experience comments regarding room furnishing. Response was quite rude and disrespectful. No hello, no Mr X, just a message "Thank you for your comments. All room furnishing is according to Radisson requirements. Signed by Małgorzata W.".
This is my second stay there with second exactly same experience with staff approach. So it is the last one.
My friends stayed there a few days after me and not asked expressed very similar feelings about experience with hotel personnel.
Person responding to those reviews please don't bother with response like "Thank you for your comments, we will review it, hopefully your next stay will be better". There will be no next stay.

We consider the stay to be great, the double room is very comfortable, it is important, soundproofed, you couldn't hear your neighbors. A balcony would complement our happiness. A rich breakfast, sufficient for us. Service helpful, we had dinner ala card and the food was delicious, not fancy simple. Great long pool, great saunas. There were no crowds in the SPA area. I recommend a face massage, perfect. A very nice green corner with jazz outside. Perfect for reading a book and relaxing.

Lovely property with lots of potential laying in a quiet area in the outskirts of Sopot but still within walking distance to the molo. Our junior suite was lovely with high ceilings, sufficient space for 2 adults and 2 children and a view towards the hotel gardens. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and except for bacon that was uneatable and swimming in fat the food was tasty. We didn’t try the evening buffet as it was boring. Kids buffet was only pizza and sweets buffet only same cakes as served for breakfast. Parking was an issue as not enough spaces are allocated for long term parking. Service levels were varying and not at the usual Radisson standards with lots of young inexperienced employees. I think it is their first normal high season after opening so maybe the service levels will become better over time. The SPA was nice but unfortunately the herbal sauna which was our favorite was only working properly the first day of our stay after that the herb steam disappeared. We tried to inform the staff but they were arrogant and claimed there was nothing wrong and nothing happened for two days. Good potential to become I nice SPA hotel if they manage to improve service and get rid of the hiccups but currently I think it is a bit overpriced compared to what they deliver.

We have booked this hotel as a part of wedding anniversary celebration travel. Before arrival I have notified the hotel we will be checking in between 10-11pm. After checking in and leaving out luggage at our room we went immediately to the restaurant. We were hungry and really tired after our flight. At the bar we were told that kitchen is now closed and the only way to get some food is as a room service. We went back to the room only to discover there was no reply from room service team. We have rang continuously for 15 minutes with no luck. Then we tried the restaurant again no reply. Then we tried reception desk but we could not get connected ? My husband went downstairs but there was nobody to be seen at the reception desk. We ended up going to bed at 1am hungry and angry after our attempts to get some food from outside the hotel were equally unsuccessful.
Other issues include attitude from one of the staff when we asked for some directions as well as my unsuccessful attempt to book a manicure. I asked for a same day appointment but I was told there are no spaces. I appreciate that I was pushing my luck but as I have not seen any clients at the beauty salon few times I walked pass I thought my request will not be a problem. Having said all of the above, I have to say hotel has a beautiful and practical design. Swimming pool and saunas complex is world class. Also on our last night we have an amazing and attentive service from barman Bartosz. He brought my husband another drink as soon as he noticed the one he had before is finished without even being asked. He helped me to select a cocktail and was genuinely interested in helping us having nice evening. It was a truly five star service.
All in all, I think it is a very modern and well planned hotel. What let its down is the service.

Very pleased with the design, cleanliness and facilities offered. Staff were very attentive even prior to arrival. Ideal location for a city trip. Breakfast buffet was very extensive however the Christmas Buffet was a bit lacking based on the price would have expected a bit more options including typical Polish specialities.

The outside water fountain should be switched off during nigh time, as It is really noisy, especially in the dead hours of the night, not allowing to sleep with doors open. One has to close the door to have silence but then must also switch on the AC.

The swimming pool is excellent. But only two hours in the morning are for adults only. Same should be done at the night time, say, from 8 to 9 pm or from 9 to 10p.m. Adults would really appreciate!
Fitness room is not a big one, therefore small kids should be kept away to allow adults to use the equipment and prevent damage. Nobody from supervisors is checking it and there are small kids often with their parents exercising and not paying attention to them , or even without parents using it as a playground! Danger of accidents!!!
Some food in the buffet is cold (pancackes, omlette, etc) the heating is not provided. There is only one towel hanger in the bathroom, no place to hang bathrobes etc.
Other than that the place is perfect!

Loved this hotel. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were all fantastic. Modern, light and airy decor and just had a really good feel.
Breakfast was extensive and everything was kept clean. The bedrooms were cleaned daily
I have to commend the cocktails at the bar which were well priced and tasty.
