Terme Snovik are surrounded on one side by the Kamnik-Savinja Alps and on the other by the beautiful forests and the unspoiled nature of the Tuhinj valley. Our greatest treasure is healing thermal water, which has long been known by the locals. The pool complex consists of indoor and outdoor pool. You can also choose between: various types of massages, spend time in the Finnish, Turkish or Ice sauna, facial and body care, pain relief physiotherapy, Kneipp treatments and massages. The 4* apartment complex above the thermal complex is built of natural materials, which enables relaxed and comfortable accommodation in apartments and rooms with a calming view of the green valley and the surrounding mountains. Explore the outdoor amenities including various barefoot paths, an outdoor gym and a fitness trail with several exercise stations situated along the marked path or head out on one of many walking or cycling paths to soak in the beauty of nature.

Few days before visiting the thermal spa, i booked a couple’s offer for valentine’s day. The reception on the phone call confirmed my reservation for 100eur. On their official webpage the offer includes among other things also a Towel, Body scrub and a piece of cake for both. At the arrival at the reception we got only sheets, no towels. Also, the price at the reception desk was charged by 10euros higher than the price i was informed on the phone call. Later, in the sauna there was no body scrub. I went to get it at the reception. After the sauna, we went for sparkling wine in the resraurant which was included in the offer with the cake. We only got the sparkling wine, about the cake we had to actually ask for. When we were leaving by the reception, the staff didn’t say goodbye, i had to say it first, to avoid an awkward moment of farewell.

We were two families for 7 nights in two wonderful and well-equipped apartments.
The park has thermal pools, indoor (Works in all seasons) and outdoor (active in the summer), with water slides and other attractions for children.
Admission to the pools is free for those sleeping in the village.
The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and you can prepare food without any problem.
There are many hiking trails around the resort village, ask at reception.
The only thing that bothered me a bit was the distance from the village to the highway, about 20 minutes.
This means that if you are planning the place for a star trek, consider 40 lost minutes each day.
Beyond that, the place is amazing, beauty clean and tidy.
We had a great time, highly recommend.

We had an overall pleasent 3-day stay at Terme Snovik. The room was big enough and had good view from the balcony. I had a massage and pedicure done and the lady who worked was the best!!!

But there were a lot of things wrong within the room - the sink in the bathroom was clogged, the toliet flusher was broken and the water constantly ran if we did not push the flush button repeatedly for several times...the refrigirator in the room was turned on but did not work at all...

Because our stay was short we did not call or report any of the problems to the reception during our stay, but we did notified them about the problems at our checkout.

The staff on the other hand was nice and friendly so that was a plus.

Maintenance work has to be done in the rooms and around the pool but otherwise the experience of Snovik and the people there was good.

I'm writing this review so that no one else has to go through this really really bad experience.

I returned for a day at the thermal baths to end the Slovenian holiday in style, mindful that there was a small but nice wellness centre, I drove 1 and a half hours to have the not so kind lady at the checkout tell me that the thermal bath it opened at 5pm, I asked why and he told me because it's hot, crazy stuff, a wellness center in the mountains that opens at 5pm.

We then went to the swimming pool, terrible with attractions almost always off, low level slides, outdoor pool a puddle.

Don't make my mistake, Slovenia is so beautiful, throw yourself into a beautiful river or lake but don't go and waste money and more importantly time at the Snovik spa. It was also our last day in Slovenia, a pain in the ass you can't even imagine. NOT RECOMMENDED AT THE MAXIMUM!

We arrived around 4 PM on a Monday afternoon in late September. The outdoor pools were closed for the season. We went for a swim in the indoor pool for a couple of hours. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We only paid a few euros each for entry because it was the off-season and a Monday -- a real bargain. The locker room was exceptionally clean and very nice. The pool was attractive and a warm temperature. There were only a few other people using the pool at that time, so we found it very relaxing and peaceful. There were plenty of lounge chairs. The views to the outside were beautiful -- you're surrounded by mountains, forests and greenery. We found the experience to be quite pleasant and relaxing. After swimming, we went for a walk around the property. The outdoor pool looked nice and there was an exercise trail on the grounds. We would definitely go back for an afternoon again. Nice place.

We visited Terme Snovik for 1 day. The pools were nice. I liked the Kneipp walking path with different walking surfaces. We enjoyed the upstairs outdoor patio, it was quiet and not crowded. Deckchairs and sunshades were complementary. There were some problems though. The receptionist at check-in was cold and uncommunicative. There are only 4 women’s toilets and they were smelly. The food stand operates only till 17h (5 PM). We purchased 1 toast sandwich, 1 French fries, 1 coca cola and 1 mineral water. We later found out that toast + coke makes a combo, and we could have saved 1.5 euro. It’s not a big deal but, the barmaid could have offer us the combo when she saw what we were buying. The light in the changing room was not working. The electronic gate at exit was not working, which resulted in a long line. There were 3 employees close by but no one could be bothered to deal with that. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

We had a wonderful stay. great apartment. all necessities were there and some extras for the children colors and coloring books. Also great oils next to the bed! And beds were good, spacious shower. the breakfast had a lot of choice and very tasty and the dinner was great priced, we took the turkey in cream sauce and it was delicious!

we also used the swimming pool and I thought it was definitely a plus that it was open until 10 o'clock in the evening on Friday because we were a little later! we enjoyed ourselves, thank you and we will come back for sure

The bedsheets had stains and the room in general was dirty, the fridge had a terrible smell and the choice of food was very limited. The room and everyhing in it looked very old and worn. The radiators barely worked. They also only gave one room entry card which meant that I couldn’t charge my phone while i wasn’t in my room.

Bad experience, first of all the spas are not connected to the accommodation so uncomfortable, we arrived in the apartment and immediately realized that it was dirty, dusty and without a bidet towel and no wipes in the bathroom. Arrived with the check-in forwarded by them for 4.00 pm instead of 2.00 pm and early closure of the spa at 5.00 pm instead of 10.00 pm, so already penalized here. Breakfast is plentiful but the staff and impersonal, no smile no reception .. Forget it! The next day, January 2, we went in the evening to the spa because from the morning there was a crowd so impossible to enter because they also let in outsiders in addition to guests, without making priorities or limited numbers, so we enter at 19.00 when finally the crowd had loosened thinking of doing at least until 22.00 as per stable times, but surprise of surprises at 20.00 with an arrogant and unkind way at 20.00 passes a young boy and tells us to gestures that we must go out... We inform ourselves and they say "party recovery"... But recovery of what? That we paid for you spa day but we only managed to make One! Never again!!!

You will have to switch buses if you choose that option. You can go with a bus to Kamnik and than call a taxi to drive you to Snovik. It's not that far.

In our room the kitchenette had a stove but no microwave. Frankly you could cook everything. We bought pasta, rice, meat etc and cooked everything in the room. Saved money.

Dear guests, we have a very good restaurant in our complex. There is also a restaurant about 500 m from Terme Snovik. They serve pizzas, pasta, stakes... There is a smaller supermarket 2 km from the apartment complex. In Kamnik wich is 9 km away you have many mor choices for dining out or to go shooping. Best regards Sonja Mali Terme Snovik
