Hilton Grand Vacations Club Parc Soleil Orlando earns praise for its comfortably spacious and spotless rooms, as well as the expansive pool areas complete with slides and hot tubs that guests love. The convenient location is a hit for its proximity to theme parks and dining venues. Service is acknowledged for being warm and prompt, though some guests have faced inconsistencies.
While the resort's atmosphere and cleanliness are generally well-received, a few travelers have pointed out areas for improvement in room ambiance and maintenance. Despite the hotel's commendable features, some guests are put off by aggressive sales tactics and unmet VIP service expectations.

We live in Orlando and are Hilton Owners. Out of the HGV properties in Orlando, this is my favorite. The location and facilities are great. I literally walked in to check on our room and was greeted by a gentleman before getting to the desk who was checking us in. It seemed he did not see our name, so we proceeded to the front desk. The gentleman at the desk was also pleasant. I was saddened that our room was not ready on time because we had brought our groceries and wanted to go directly to our room, but we had bell service to take our items. The first gentleman then returned, apologized for not finding my name, and said I needed to go to the VIP section. I told him no worries; it was not a big issue. We just wanted to check into our room. I proceeded to the VIP section and got some snacks. We then went back to the bell service and was greeted by Matt. He chatted with us about sports. Glad we had that experience because it made time waiting for our room go by. Around 5:20 pm, I went back to the lobby regarding our room. The desk receptionist went to the back to check on our room and when she returned, she informed me that the room was ready. We told Matt, our bell service representative, and he gladly said he would bring our items. We got to our room to check it out, and not too far behind, Matt was there. He was so helpful and awesome; just phenomenal. We loved our room and view!
There was only one hiccup: there were people smoking in a nonsmoking area, and the smell was overpowering since it was 2 to 3 people in a family that was smoking. The smell was coming to the area where we posted up. I did not appreciate that. They were not owners, but whether they were owners or not, it was not a smoking area. I informed the front desk and security a couple of times, and it seemed nothing was handled. The family was smoking very often, so it was not like security or any staff was not able to see it, let alone not smell it. Hey, you want to smoke, but please do not do it where others are constantly coming in and out of that area or close to the pool area. I would say to improve this.

Parc Soleil has been our vacation spot for several years due to the large clean units, beautiful pool, covered parking, fast elevators and top notch friendly staff. We are actually owners with HGVC however we use our RCI points to vacation at HGVC as well.

The location was close to Disney world and universal to travelling to the parks were easy in the morning to get out opposite traffic and easy to get to at the end of the night
The dishes were not really clean in the kitchen but I don’t except the take the time to clean before each new customer.

We rented an efficiency unit this trip where we had rented a one bedroom lockoff our first time. Efficiencies are marginal, at best. While the resort is in a great location and very well kept with a very friendly staff the efficiency units are not comfortable. There is no place to sit except two kitchen table chairs around a small table with no lighting and no balcony access. The pool is convenient and for efficiency guests there are washers and driers at various floors. (The one bedroom lock offs have a washer dryer in the unit.) I cannot recommend renting an efficiency only. Make sure you rent at least a one bedroom lock off if any are available. This is a busy and well trafficked resort. It is one the better resorts in this part of town unless you stay in an efficiency unit.

Thank you for your review and return to our resort. We are sorry to hear one of our studios was not what you were accustomed to from your previous visit. We hope on your next visit you reserve a one bedroom suite for your comfort. We look forward to your third visit.

This resort checks all of the boxes. It is clean, has quiet rooms with thick walls, comfortable beds, ample storage for clothing and other items, huge closets, includes a washer/dryer, full size kitchen with all the supplies that you need, has spacious rooms that are bigger than condos in most cities, and a big outdoor pool. It is the perfect place for families, those who want space, eat in their rooms, business travelers, and for those who want a great value.
In addition, the hotel is in a great location and near a grocery store (Publix), restaurants, and shops. It is a not too far from Disney World and Universal Studio.
After so many negative experiences with Hilton hotels, I was on the verge of never staying at another Hilton hotel again. This hotel changed my mind, and it provides the level of standard that I expect from Hilton. This resort is by far one of the best hotels that I have stayed in while visiting Orlando and all of my travels throughout the world in the last five years. It is so clean and absolutely beautiful.
The only negative is that I wish my two-bedroom suite with a one king bed and one queen bed came with a one king bed/two double bed option for those traveling with teenagers or guests who do not want to share beds with each other. Other than this preference I will not hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this resort.

The hotel and facilities are beautiful. People are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are huge and lovely. Pool is great! I highly recommend the water slide. My favorite part was the hot tubs, which are plentiful, perfect temp, and pristine.
Only complaints: 1. I don’t know who decided to put the spout for the bathtub in the ceiling, but that was an awful choice. The water splashes everywhere when you run it, including onto the wall outlet. We had to cover it to fill the tub. Aside from that, the bathrooms were awesome with a separate water closet and a full standing shower in addition to a soaking tub.
2. The Starbucks isn’t really a Starbucks. The lady working the counter, while a lovely person, really didn’t know what she was doing. She also used an ungloved hand to steady the ice going into my cup, so I didn’t drink it. This seems more like a training issue than anything.

We are owners and first time staying here and won’t be the last. Beautiful resort lots of activities and has 2 pools and 4 hot tubs, fitness center, very nice parking garage and a jogging path . We stayed in the 15th floor had a great view of EPCOT saw the fireworks every night. The shower was very nice on demand hot water was very nice . Great location 10 min drive to Disney Springs the onsite restaurant and bar had a good selection. If there was one thing to complain about the halls and elevators smelled like musky good thing the rooms didn’t smell

Currently staying at this property due to a computer malfunction in the Hilton system. Originally planed to stay at the Lake Buena Vista property and ended up needing to stay here on the recommendation of the Hilton agent.
Upon arriving we had felt good about the change in locations. The area is secured and a lot of new businesses around the area make the location very convenient. Unfortunately after letting my 10 month old crawl around we realized the floors were filthy.
My husband had used a rag to hand wash the floors, then used Clorox wipes we packed as a 2nd round of cleaning. The results are, appalling. The fact that the floors are this dirty at our initial check in makes me think they were definitely not mopped and sanitized as advertised. Also to note, since we have a baby we do not wear our shoes upon entering in hopes to keep the floors clean for her.

As a Dimond Member we honestly expected more. We were here for a timeshare/ buy points sale and had a studio on the 2 floor with a view a palm tree. This room had nowhere to sit and very dim lights. The room was extremely clean so great job to housekeeping! Sales pitch was pushed over and over with multiple times telling them “ No” . I get it they are trying to do their job and all . One would think if someone is selling you something you’d have a better room and experience.

Loved our stay at Parc Soleil Hilton Orlando. Their one-bedroom unit is spacious and huge! Fully equipped kitchen, very clean. We needed additional towels and batteries for the tv remote and response from staff was quite fast. Customer service was fast, all crew were friendly, helpful and friendly.
