Arrived late on a Sunday night in September. Room was very nice, the owner has got a very good eye for detail. The bathroom was also very new with a power shower. The breakfast was served as you wanted it. No waste of food here. All in all a very nice overnight stay in a small but very good bed and breakfast Will stay here again when visiting the area

What a charming and authentic place! We had a lovely large, very nicely furnished and decorated room with a good bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with all sorts of treats. Our host could not have been nicer, going out of her way to make everyone’s stay a wonderful experience. She also gave us some great advice for diner in Hoorn. Only one thing to bear in mind: the very narrow access to the rather small off-street parking

Schellinkhout is a typical old Dutch town near the waterside of the" Markermeer" Perfect spot for Kite surfing,sailing and swimming,kids friendly.Close to historic towns like Enkhuizen and Medenblik. Owners restored this typical "Stolp"farmhouse to a B&B recently.
