First of all this entire hotel is an insult to Pittsburgh and Moon Township. What a run down hole! How on earth is this a 3 star hotel....more like 1.5 star. This place was extremely run down and dirty. There was even toothpaste still left on the bathroom walls and sink. Oh and dont forget the soda pop that was stained on the bathroom door. I also wonder why these air conditioners in hotels are so poor at removing humidity? We woke up damp as can be the next morning. This place was quiet so it does get 1 star for that. No hair dryer in the room. Leaking roof needs painted. Dead moth smeared on the bathroom ceiling and bathroom fixtures need cleaned.

It's a big spacious room, and the AC works well, but there were serious maintenance oversights. The grab bar in the shower isn't attached to the wall, and the shower curtain rod is also loose (did somebody fall?). The wood supports for the countertop are also falling out. Used soap from the last visitor was still in the shower and there were no drinking glasses in the room. Other than that, it was fine, I guess.

This hotel is hard to find. We got lost in a bad part of town. The attendant said the zip code isn't correct in the GPS system. We were not happy with no transportation to the airport when we specifically asked about park and fly. This is why we booked there because they said it was free. We had to pay $80 at the airport. The breakfast was a "grab and go" instead of a hot breakfast due to "Covid". Bring this back...most hotels have resumed this ammenity for their guests at this point.

This was a terrible property. If you are interested in sanitation and cleanliness or staying in a hotel that doesn't feel like a set from a dystopian film, select another hotel. This does not live up to the Wyndham name. It is cheap, in every sense of the word, but I would gladly pay another $10-20 to stay somewhere cleaner and with more conveniences. The location looks like an abandoned warehouse district, the bathroom is so old (the toilet is literally halfway up to my knee, and I'm short!), the shower is gouged and in desperate need of replacement or at least resurfacing. half of the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, the ice machine was disassembled at the end of a short scary hallway. The receptionist was very nice and even moved me to a room with a microwave when I purchased a $3 bag of microwave popcorn from the little basket that they call a marketplace. The question I have is why all rooms don't already have a microwave. My favorite part: the window was pocked with bird poop, so I almost didn't even notice the view of the overgrown landscaping.

I was surprised at how well my stay was after booking when having already read some not so well reviews. Everything I needed was already supplied in my room and what extras were requested were brought right away from the very accommodating and professional staff. It may be off the beaten path but it is definitely worth the price and comfort one could expect of being away from home.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place was dirty, there were poop smears in the toilet when we arrived, weird stains on the walls, the floors were sticky. The vending machine was half empty. There was no airport shuttle like advertised. No breakfast in the lobby. We couldn’t get out of this place fast enough. We spent $120 on a hotel that was worth $50

I have stayed on may 29th night using my Wyndham reward points and I am a gold member. Their Front desk took my credit card for incidentals and they charged me $25 for nothing. I have tried to reach the hotel 10 times and every time calls are going to the global reservations. None of the employees at the front desk pick up the phones and there always a sign at the front desk saying they are busy. Such pathetic customer service. It seems nobody wants to work and no one there to answer any concerns you have. You are pretty much on your own if you stay at this hotel. Oh needless to say hotel front porch is almost falling off and water leaking everywhere. Why this is being called a hotel I don't understand. Such poor management and poor employee attitude.

I’m currently staying at the hotel and with the Covid restrictions there’s not much to do. I found that the hotel restaurant and bar was open and maintaining the current restrictions but was serving great food and a fantastic atmosphere. With me working so many hours every day it’s great to be able to come to the hotel grab a quick bite to eat and talk to friendly people. This is the main reason I’m staying here because it’s much easier to have a place where you can eat and relax rather than go out and have to drive somewhere.10 stars in my book!!!

Stayed there for a couple nights, never got my deposit back, they came banging on my door trying to kick me out when I paid to stay another day, never got service to my room, bed was dirty, chairs were awfully filthy, mold everywhere, old rings around the tub, and older short Indian who is the housekeeping manager takes her housekeepers tips so they never see them I seen her with my own eyes. And she doesn’t clean not one room. So if you leave a tip you might as well keep it. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful is the only plus side! Worst place to stay expense for no reason the pool looks like the pool off next Friday.

Lots of hotels near the airport do this called park and fly. We do have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. We are cheaper than the airport so a lot of guests choose to stay at our property the night prior and then take out shuttle in the am.

The pool is only open from memorial day thru labor day. Because it is an outdoor pool those are the only months that it is open.

Yes we are a park and fly property. There is a small fee to leave you car here, but it is safe and we do have a 24 hour shuttle.
