First hotel tried in Marrakech, anonymous from the outside, very nice inside.

We stayed 7 nights. On my opinion Kasbah is much nicer place to stay than center or north side of medina. Riad was nice and breakfast good. Quiet room with no sound outside. Service was super good. Guy in riad gave us lot of good tips and he was very helpfull. Our room was cleaned every day and it was every evening nice to come back after long day in souks and palaces. Thank you for having us!

I traveled with my partner. Hotel looked good and location was not far form the city.
It was slightly uncomfortable that receptionist and owner were trying to over sell all additional services. For the Haman in the City we found for 200 MAD, but they asked 450 MAD. Likewise food was definitely overpriced, we found perfect restaurant from 5 minutes away for 70 MAD for two.
The bathroom was pretty clean, if not to notice some black hair and water damages.
Uncomfortable was, when we needed to pay the tourist tax and transfer on the final day. Receptionist asked us for the more money than it was agreed in the beginning and added extra charges that we did not use (transfer and dinner).
It took more than 10 minutes of arguing once we lowered the price, tho it was not same that was agreed in the beginning.
Area was close to center, but we saw few brutal fights among local Moroccans near our Riad. It was small dodgy allies. It did not feel very safe

D abord merci pour votre visite à notre charmant riad que tout le monde trouve très jolie,très soigné et très propre contrairement à vous. Concernant les prix on vous a mis à votre disposition au début de votre séjour notre carte de prestations et de restaurant, donc vous avez la totale liberté de choisir nos prestations ou de les faire à l extérieur. Dans tout les cas vous n avez choisi aucune des prestations au sein de notre riad et malheureusement on ne peut pas se plier à vos exigences au niveau des tarif a cause de votre budget très limité. Après pour aller dire que le riad est sale je ne vais vous répondre car vous êtes le seul à le penser et vous êtes un cas exceptionnel contrairement à tous nos clients qui ont trouvé le riad charmant très proche des commodités et très convenable au budget moyen. Pour votre budget serré je vous propose pour la prochaine fois de choisir une gamme inférieur comme les auberges, lee foyers et les hostels. Bien à vous

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and tidy. Also everything was new and not yet old. We arrived late in the dark and the manager was still there. He welcomes us. We got a cup of coffee and some goodies. The breakfast was nice too! The city was beautiful and if you have experience with scooter driving we definitely recommend it! We also felt safe. In the night there was a guard (nice guy) In short, I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!

One of the best riads in Marrakesh, located in the center of the city, inside the medina ( the old City), you won't need to drive or take a taxi cab to anywhere, you're basically few minutes walking distance from all hot spots in Marrakesh, also the owner is one of the best hosts you'll ever meet, and lastly the price is a bargain compared to the quality of the place, very very recommended

We all are surprised when we arrived Yassine’s property. It was a lot better than we expected! Amazing decoration and cleanliness in house. We can see the host has spent a lot to present an outstanding living environment for his guests. We were very lucky to be the first guest in this Riad. The host is very friendly and helpful. We all had wonderful holiday house experience here! Highly recommended this property to everyone!
