Me and my girlfriend stayed here last night due to attending a friend's wedding nearby. For the price I can't grumble. The bed was great. I would like to send my thanks to the woman on the front desk. When we checked in, she came across as very friendly and ordered us a taxi.

Had no problems at all. Will definetly be staying here every time I’m up visiting family. Plenty of parking outside the hotel, joined to a lovely pub that serves food till late with a play park outside for the little ones.

Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the delayed reply. I've been in contact with the hotel and they are unfamiliar with the Benidorm Centre. If you give them a call on 0333 321 8342 they may be able to assist you further. I apologise I could not be more helpful. Premier Inn Team.

Hello there, Thank you for posting your question. We address any issues and work to fix them as soon as they are reported within our hotels. When staying in a family room, the second child's bed is a pull out bed which is lower than the other beds but is not a mattress on the floor. If you have any concerns with your room once you have checked in our 24 hour team on reception are always on hand to help. Regards Premier Inn Team
