After some 18 months we at last managed to get to Rhodes. The hotel was not what we’d planned but a very, very happy change. Hotel and grounds fantastic, the main point is the staff, absolutely brilliant without exception level of courtesy and care shown was first rate. Thank you.

Dated but clean and functional hotel. Excellent pool and surroundings, however, the current all inclusive offering just doesn’t cut it. Institutional style catering and attitude. Four star all inclusive at this price would have been acceptable but the food offered and the almost impossible task of getting served a drink makes this hotel a perfect example of ripping people off at a time when hotels should be fighting tooth and nail to compete for the local trade.

Could easily be a 2 star. Its an old and outdated hotel with a disgusting all inclusive trap and 30 year old furnishing.Firstly they charged me 300 eur instead of 200.We were calling for two days without an answer. We got the refund after someone noticed the mistake. We payed for half board but requested a refund 10 minutes after we saw the buffet.Hospital food, tastless pasta and a veeery undercooked chicken.Ive already filed a report to health services with photos and videos. 20 year old bedding hard as a board and the most annoying receptionist ever(Eleni, brunete with fake contact green eyes and a truckdrivers attitude) When we complained about the unacceptable buffet and asked for our money back the first thing she asked was not "What was the problem" but "when are you leaving",and then sge said," well now you payed"In general i think that the receptionists attitude describes the whole Tsokkos Hotels company philosophy.Get them here and get payed, thats it.Shame on you for showing the worse of what is known about cypriot hospitality and tourism industry...Photos AND videos will follow! Again,SHAME ON YOU TSOKKOS hotels and family.

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit worried what the hotel and food would be like, We found everything to be perfect from the friendly reception staff to the food which we found was very good especially the breakfast there was everything you could want prices for drinks were very cheap for a hotel, room was kept clean with towels etc changed every other day room was also very big, We would certainly stay there again.

First time visit to Aiya Napa and loved it the weather was perfect for November. The hotel was average in my opinion. It's in a great location an nice walk either to the harbour along the beach path or to a couple of sandy beaches. We stayed in a room with a view over the pool and out to the beach. The room itself was decent size the shower over a bath wasn't very hot for me but my son found it OK for him. The buffet breakfast was the same each day but the evening meals did vary most days. The bug bear of the dinner was the charge for the drinks, 3 euros for a beer and 1euro 50 for a 250ml bottle of water. (the shop opposite sold a 5 litre bottle for 2 euros 70) There are also charges of 2 euros per day for keys to the mini fridge and safe. A overpriced charge of 24 euros for the WiFi did not sit well either. The staff on reception and the cleaners were nice and friendly. The gym had plenty of equipment to provide a good workout and the hot pool and cold pool for those of you who are athletes is an added bonus. There is a charge for the the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Not sure if I would stay here again sadly.
