This is put third or fourth visit to this place over the last 6-7 years and it probably will not be our last It is situated on the Noosa River at Noosa Heads. Various accommodation is available from two to three bedrooms. There are three levels. All the rooms we have experienced are fully contained, clean and relatively spacious. Sitting on the individual balconies on a warm night overlooking the river is particularly peaceful Seems to be a great spot for children.the half court tennis, and swimming pool are particularly popular, and the beach beside the river is also an attraction The resort is well placed from Hastings St ( 1 1/2 K) and Noosdaville (about the same) Restaurants are many in these places
Over the years some of the units have begun to show minor wear, but not that detractive
Excellent grounds.
Wifi seems to be spasmodic at times

This was our second stay at this lovely resort which had everything we needed for our two week vacation. We had a lovely apartment overlooking the tennis court on the third floor. (No lifts.) Beach/pool towels, pool noodles, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, a Soda Stream and a Ninja air fryer.
Close to both Hastings St one way and Noosaville in the other direction,we had the best of both worlds with so many restaurants and cafes you need never cook, which is my one condition for a perfect vacation. Although we did use the resort BBQs one night. But supermarkets are only a short drive away.
The resort facilities are great with much of our leisure time spent reading and relaxing by the beautiful pool and spa. There is also a sauna. A half tennis court. Manicured gardens and paths. A secure car space under the building for our rental car.
Grounds keepers and resort rubbish collections can be noisy early in the morning, but why would you sleep in when you’re in beautiful Noosa. Walk down to Hastings Street and have breakfast. Highly recommended for couples and perhaps small families.

We stay here frequently, we love it. We have young children and it is the most ideal relaxing holiday that we’ve had. Get a river view apartment, ground floor is great, but the views from all levels are spectacular. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I almost don’t want to tell people about this place because it’s such a hidden gem and I don’t want to share! We’ve been coming here for 5 years, we’ve had friends come too on our recommendation and they loved it too.

We went here for our Golden Wedding Anniversary (50th) and we were really looking forward to a lovely 5 night stay. We had booked a “garden view room” which turned out to be not facing the garden or pool but facing onto the street and car park. We were on the top floor and there is NO LIFT so we had to struggle up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage, and we are in our 70’s !! We asked if there was help available to help us carry our cases and they said no there wasn’t, so we asked reception if we could have another room, we were given another room facing the street but on the ground floor, which was very dark and dingy, so we opted to stay on the top floor and just try to get the luggage up. It wasn’t a good start to our holiday ! Anyway we decided to make the best of it. The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished but you only get 1 toilet roll, 1 towel each and if you want pool towels you have to pay for them. As it turned out we were only there for 2 nights as we were forced to leave early because of the lockdown. I personally would not go there again as we are too old to be carrying luggage up and down stairs !

Hugely disappointed. No lift to third level (not easy with bags and children). Hidden extra charges upon arrival and an online text received while driving to the location saying I should check in that way and was greeted with a host that made me feel stupid for not doing it already. $50 charge for just swapping dates of booking and $15 charge for credit car payment. Definitely not modern-stuck in the 90s. No aircon in the bedroom and charges for extra wm and dishwashing powder and garbage bags!! even though I’m paying the same rate each day. You get to a point where you feel like you are just getting fleeced, not great for a holiday.

We are a family with 2 kids (1 year old and 4 years old) and our elderly mum aged 70, staying in a 2br2bath riverfront unit on the second floor in late January 2022. For travellers of a similar profile, you may benefit from reading my review.
There is NO air-conditioning (AC) in the bedrooms in most, if not all, the units. Advertising that the units are air-conditioned is pretty misleading, when only the living area has a single split system AC unit. AC throughout the unit including bedrooms is absolutely needed in such a warm destination, especially if you have little ones. My 1 year old is currently screaming in his travel cot due to the 28°C room (baby monitor notes the temp) despite the ceiling fan on at full speed (which isn't very fast at all, it's disgraceful).
These are walk up apartment style units. There are no lifts. Please be aware especially if you struggle with stairs and/or will be carrying heavy luggage. There is also no help available. It wasn't an issue for us, but may be an issue for less mobile guests.
The location of this resort is just gorgeous, overlooking the river. The unit is nicely furnished, amenities modern. TV has Netflix (use your own login). The pools are great, with enough loungers. Baby pool is well shaded by an umbrella/sun shade. Big pool is in the sun, with only a small part shaded by trees (3pm swim). Warm jacuzzi is lovely. Reception staff lovely, as is the manager who attended to some of our needs.
The units are individually owned, so hopefully this review will influence them to install AC in the bedrooms. This would've made our stay far more pleasant. Those with little kids would understand. The AC issue is the only reason why we wouldn't return 😔

We stay here every year at Christmas time, for years we loved the place. The view is unparalleled. However, in August this year (2022) we took a weekend trip up and realized that all the rain this year has completely washed the private beach away.
So be aware, if you are booking this year (2022), there is no private beach on the river anymore. It's completely gone. Replaced by temporary fencing on the grass and all the rocks are exposed.
There is a tiny bit of beach left by the jetty but we ended up canceling our Christmas trip as they said they were not pumping the sand back. I pitty those that stay with us at Christmas when they rock up this year and there is nowhere for kids to play. Management should be contacting those who book year after year and do the courtesy of letting them know.
I'm leaving 3 stars because if the sand does come back, it's the best place in Noosa to stay for a family for a period. The car park is secure, the tennis court and pools are good. BBQ and grounds are always clean. Our apartment has always been clean when we visited. I think in all the years we have only had one issue with a microwave not working and management went out and bought a new one the same day. There is a corner shop and takeaway nearby. The ferry stops at Rickey's which is on the same "block". You can walk to Noosa Heads and Noosaville but I wouldn't do it with young kids (maybe 20-30 mins) but buses run from the end of the street. Honestly, with the beach, this place is unique. Without it and its no different to any of the other places along the river.
Pics are from Dec 21 trip.

The website says these apartments are air-conditioned. Do not be fooled by this, it is only the living room. The bedrooms are hot and stuffy and you are only able to open the window to inches so no possibility of a fresh breeze. However if you like being in quarantine you may enjoy these apartments. Or again, if sleeping is not important to you you can sit awake all night sweating. To add to the joy the noise in the corridors right outside your rooms and on the Riverfront is continuous. We had some groceries delivered, and the managers did not even bother to put the one bag with fridge items into the fridge. Minor point but when you’re paying these rates you do expect a tiny degree of service

We are here last night after booking for 3 weeks . Nothing like advertising. Totally oposite. Garden view mid level. Nothing like the advertising on the website. Absolutely false advertising. Dirty dishes, glass ware and cutlery. Dirty furniture in lounge room actually furniture totally not fitting in room, lounge dirty and marked and uncomfortable with dirty cushions. Bedroom ,bad furniture, uncomfortable bed, cheap directors chairs from Bunnings covered in ripped covers that need washing. Kitchen has been fitted out from nearest op shop, plates dont match cupboards full of bad aticles of no use. Not even a salad bowl. Absolutely disgusting for Noosa. Dirty balcony, mould on cushions outside. Total ripoff.
Stay away from Noosa Harbour Resort.

Many good things about Noosa Harbour Resort on the riverfront etc.but they are compromised by the noise. Being directly adjacent to the boating channel within 20 metres every boat, jet ski, ferry ,charter boat, etc passes within metres most at full noise, its an amarda of noisy craft dozens and dozens an hour all day long especially at the weekend, what its like in summer I can only imagine. Then you have the extended family groups who occupy the three bed units on the lower level they takeover the grassed area and beach for socalizing accompanied with boats and jet skis, there is no escape as the noise travels up to the upper levels
To get away from the noise you have to retire to the bedroom at the rear.

Hi Leonie! I am so sorry it has taken a few days. I didn't get a notification and I haven't checked in. We had two lovely bathrooms with full showers in each - no bath.
There are more places to choose from in the Noosa area.
