We stayed here for 3 nights beginning 29/11 and arrived to a spotlessly clean room (number 7) with a beautiful view across the front lawn, through the palms and out to the harbour. Premises can't be faulted for location with friendly Management thrown in for good measure. Highly recommend this place.
Just a tip or 2........some rooms don't have a kitchen sink, as was the case with ours so washing crockery and utensils needs to take place in the bathroom. Also, the local service station owner must have been a buccaneer in a previous life as his diesel price was extortionate. We learnt from an unnamed source that the BP at Nullawarre, on the road to Warrnambool, is around 20cents per litre cheaper. Work that out over 65 litres!

There can be no doubt that the rooms in this motel have exceptonal views which seem to bring the spectacular scenery which is such a feature of Port Campbell into one's hand! The motel has been refreshed and has much to recommend itself, with airy rooms and a sense of spaciousness. However, be aware that breakfast needs to be purchased at one of the nearby cafes or ingredients for cereal and toast purchased at the supermarket across the road (very convenient).Several highly suitable dining options are within close walking distance too.

Booked x2 rooms for myself and 5 friends for an overnight stay. Both rooms were large with sitting area's and both had balcony's with ocean views. The rooms are larger than normal and were very clean. The motel is situated in the main street and handy to all the restaurants and cafe's just outside the door. The receptionist (Margaret) could not have been more helpful and was very friendly. She even arranged help for one of our group who had a flat battery when leaving, and arranged another local to come and get us started. Thoroughly recommend and will stay again when we return.

Look no further we have stayed at other accomodations in Port Campbell but this beats them all on value for money, cleanliness, decor and conveniences in the rooms. We can't wait to go again. Easy walk to coffee shops , supermarket and Port Campbell Hotel. You can just watch the beach from your verandah as great views better than the more expensive accomodations around. Which was handy for us as my husband has a disability. The owners are real local people and the hospitality we recieved was exceptional. So please support them during these times. Troy you went above and beyond to help us. 😊

Stayed at Port Campbell whilst visiting the Great Ocean Road and the 12 Apostles. Based ourselves overnight at the Loch Ard Motor Inn. Excellent welcome on arrival by Troy who was very friendly and informative and certainly made us feel welcome. The Loch Ard motor Inn is conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and pier. Shops and restaurants directly across the road. We stayed in suite 14 which is a raised unit with a deck with a view to the ocean and beach. The rooms were nice and more than adequate for purpose. Tea/coffee on arrival with milk sachets and cold water waiting for you in the fridge. A nice touch. The main room and bathroom were clean and functional. It is certainly a place you could base yourself for multiple nights so you can explore the local area fully.

What a fantastic spot. The location is ideal looking out over the beach and directly opposite the local store and in the middle of the shopping precinct. Really couldn’t fault the location. Our room (double and two singles) was perfect for the price point, with a balcony and everything you would expect. We had originally booked for a different time but had to cancel due to a medical issue and Troy was wonderful - moved our booking, accommodated us at late notice. Everything was so easy and just perfect. We really had a fantastic time there and would definitely go back.

Great location, right next to the beach with great views. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. BBQ area was clean, well set up, and well provisioned. Great value for money. We stayed for 4 nights. Would happily have stayed longer.

A life saver patrolled, protected ocean beach at the mouth of a small river suitable for everyone from young families to adventurous surfers.

Great location "just around the corner" from the 12 Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge (about a 10 minute drive away).

Great beach. Suitable for every level of ability.

My kids tried and loved pizzas from both pizza shops.

Unfortunately, due to Covid related staff shortages, the really good fish and chip shop next to the beach is only open at lunchtime and there is a limited selection of fish.

Our Ocean View Premier Suite room was clean, comfortable and large with plenty of space for the separate lounge and dining furniture. Large walk-in shower. Balcony with furniture as well. Fantastic location. The TV was a bit small, but hey, we weren't there for that.

When we arrived the reception was unattended but clear instructions were left for us. While we were unpacking the car the proprietor Troy turned up and even offered to carry our luggage up to the room for us! Great service!

What we enjoyed most about our accommodation was it’s central location and the ocean view. Accommodation was also reasonably priced.
We didn’t find the beds comfortable (very hard mattresses) and for that reason, we would stay elsewhere when we return to Port Campbell.

It was quite wet and cold when we arrived and it was a pleasant surprise to find the heating in the room already on and the room pleasantly warm. The room itself was well furnished and equipped for our stay with the bonus of a comfortable bed. Extra pillows in the wardrobe was a good touch. A short walk across the road to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket withe the beautiful beach on your doorstep. Great location. Troy, the friendly owner stopped by to welcome us as well.

Driving may be fun..Be extremely careful with speed signs if u drive. The Great ocean road has hidden speed cameras without warning and the victorian police wont hesitate to issue infringement notices/ prosecute without providing adequate info such as locations of speed limit signs etc to foreign visitors

As Amber says, you need to contact the proprietor. This forum is for travellers not owners. Having said that, access for wheelchairs from the car park to ground floor rooms is excellent. Good luck!
