We very nearly booked a motel for not a lot less, when we found this gem for our 2 night stay. With the affordable price, we gave it a try and were not disappointed.
Our apartment was huge. 2 bedrooms and 2 living areas, it easily accommodated our family with 2 teenagers, who loved having their own living space. I've read about dated apartments, but ours seemed newly renovated. Being 'Covid-safe' I wiped down every surface thoroughly, and my wipes emerged without a mark - the place had obviously been kept very clean.
The location was about a 1km walk into the central area of Moololaba,which meant an easy walk into town. Owners were friendly and kindly forgave an accidental breakage, which was nice. The grounds were pretty, and well kept, and I'd say the courtyard apartments would be great for parents with toddlers.
The kitchen was very well stocked... everything you could want, including plastic versions of plates/bowls, and tupperware, etc. The pod coffee machine was a lovely touch.
All in all, highly recommend. We can't wait to return!

Every year I travel interstate to Queensland and look forward to my time at Osprey Apartments. Set in lovely lawns and garden with a beautifully maintained pool, spa and bbq area it is unbeatable value. My grandchildren love the large shallow end of the heated pool where they do not disturb any adults swimming . The apartments have uninterrupted views of the foreshore and ocean with a large balcony. The rooms are spacious and the kitchens have everything you need for self catering. I can highly recommended the location, friendly and helpful managers and very well maintained apartments.

Just had four nights here and really hard to fault. Great ocean view, spacious apartment, friendly staff. I really liked the way they included so many little things that make your stay easier - washer/dryer with detergent; dishwasher with detergent; cutlery rack; plenty of plates and cutlery; comfortable mattresses; excellent wifi. When you are paying $250 a night (which was a 30% discounted price) you expect a modern apartment with dated appliances. Apartment 16 is very old and could do with a full renovation. From appliances to bathrooms to paint on the walls etc etc. The main bathroom was that bad we shared the en-suite bathroom. The appliances were all very old school I’d say nothing was newer than 10 years at a guess, dishwasher didn’t even clean the dishes after a full cycle & washing machine needed to be bolted to the floor.
Great location, great service.
Apartment not worth the price, have stayed in a different apartment previously and it was renovated completely different so if you stay just request to not have apartment 16 :)

Well located and easily walkable to all places of interest. Parking good. In room could be improved by providing enough detergent for cleaning a weeks worth of dishes and enough toilet paper (!! Seriously shouldn’t be a cost cutting strategy). Room at level 1 had significant street noise so I recommend asking for another level. As most people are here for a holiday can the leaf blower not start until 10am. Plus there were no leaves so perhaps skip it unless it’s needed. Room was very clean and kitchen was great.

While on the coast Osprey is our family’s preferred location, situated perfectly on the hill looking north to with views of Mt Coolum and Mudjimba Island, within walking distance to Mooloolaba Esplanade shops, restaurants & cafes and not to mention views one of our favourite locations on the coast perfect for whale watching perched high on the crest of Point Cartwright (Cartie) Lighthouse
Osprey compares like no other and that is why our family has continued to return every spring for the past 7 years and will continue to return.
Weather it’s walks along Alexandra Headlands or Mooloolaba beaches early morning or night time strolls to relaxing in the gardens or poolside there is something for everyone to enjoy.
We have stayed across an array of rooms from the 5th floor right down to ground level each room we have stayed in are very spacious, this year we had our daughters partners accompany us on our family holiday that’s is just how spacious the apartments are, each room we have stayed in over the many years have always impressed and have always been exceptional clean.
This is a few of the many reason while we will continue to Osprey Apartments for many more years to come.

The young boy cleaning pool was a very nice man and he cleaned it so much that it was clear like the ocean in the bahamas. Loved it so much and he was very acomadating. Would totally recommend and the onsite manager, steve, had a nice accent.

I stayed in apartment number 42 of the Osprey apartments for a week. The views of the ocean were unbelievable. Whether you were on the balcony, in the kitchen or walking down the corridor, all you could see was the ocean. The apartment itself was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed me to cook and serve meals easily.
The pool at the Osprey had a large shallow area which would be perfect for small children and a deeper area for those who want more space to swim. The hot tub next to the pool was a nice surprise as well! Although I didn't use the bbq, there was enough space for a large family to bbq by the pool.
The location was perfect, it was a short walk to the Mooloolaba cafes and restaurants. I only had to walk across the road to be on the beach. The main Mooloolaba beach which is patrolled by life guards is only a few minutes walk down the road. The Woolworths is only a few hundred meters away so I didn't have to use my car much during my stay. I would highly recommend staying here and I can't wait for my next visit!

Five of us girls spent three nights at this wonderful location. Having secure parking, easy access to our accommodation, and close proximity to local cafes and entertainment made for a memorable stay. But it was the little things that impressed me the most. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and my other pet attraction was having the toilet roll holder in a convenient location, thus avoiding doing contortions. I can thoroughly recommend Osprey to those looking for a comfortable stay at Mooloolaba.

The presentation and cleanliness of the Unit was not acceptable. It appeared that this unit had not been occupied for some time. Various spots and kitchen appliances were not cleaned properly; like wise the showers, the washing machine, cushions, curtains were dirty; there was dust through out the unit. The carpet requires a good and hygienic clean, also The noise from the lift and other visitors early in the morning and in the late evening was also frustrating. Never saw the main entrance get cleaned during the week or the lift. The pool often had sand in it early in the morning. Great location, close to Mooloolaba beach and other touristy places.
