Stayed a weekend in a 2br apartment and found it well located, good value and would stay there again. Reception staff were very friendly and easy going. We didn’t eat in much but did notice that the kitchen was adequately equipped for meal preparation.

What a great find! Perfect location in beautiful Mooloolaba and the bonus was having awesome managers! I was lucky to be given a corner apartment which was a great size, and afforded the wonderful view through to the Glass House Mountains and the glorious sunsets that a lot of the apartments miss. The apartment was a good size, lovely and clean, wonderful and quiet being one street back from the beach, easy parking and as I said the managers were the best, so friendly which makes solo travelers like myself feel so much at ease and welcome. I would definitely recommend Seamark On First to anyone.

Our 2 bedroom unit with plenty of space , for a family was very clean , with -kitchen, stove, microwave dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine. Tv in both main bedroom and lounge room, with Foxtel in both rooms. We had some Ocean views also from our 9th floor. Bonus was there’s not a lot of high rises around to block the ocean. 1 minute walk if that to beach. Plenty of retail shopping and amazing places to eat. I give Seamark on 1st 10 out of 10.. Would come back again. Staff very friendly and eager to give you the best weekend break or holiday ..

The room was perfect for our short family break - 2 adults, 2 kids. Clean, modern and with all of the amenities you might need to cook if needed. The beach was literally a 5 minute walk away and the shops, restaurants and cafes were on the doorstep - and as it was set back from the main high street/beachfront, it was nice and quiet too. The only reason I rated this a 4 is that the hotel desk isn't open 24hours (closes at 5pm, opens 8am) and unfortunately - at the time we were there, the hotel was repainting the BBQ area which affected our pool experience.

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and please accept our apologies that the outdoor maintenance disrupted your time at the pool area. As February is always a quiet month, and after our busy holiday season, we have to squeeze in maintenance issues in before peak season starts again at Easter Holidays. As we run Seamark as a husband and wife team we cannot possibly open the desk 24/7. However, we live on-site and are contactable on mobile anytime. We do hope to see you again soon!

We have a family of five which is accommodated by the three bedroom unit. it was nice and clean and tidy and well suited to the family llevel 11 had ocean views which was great in the evening great location close to shops and eating. We had secure double parking and had trolleys for luggage

I cannot speak highly enough of the managers of Seamark. A dedicated mother and daughter team, Dakota and Melinda went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. My apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and safe. It was just across the road from Mooloolaba Beach, a lovely coffee shop, with easy access to restaurants. Multi layers of security meant I felt incredibly safe during my stay. Each apartment is individually decorated to suit a range of tastes and needs. Cannot recommend highly enough.

With a very late high season booking, we were very lucky to get a vacancy in the full building. Spotlessly clean, very well appointed apartments with plenty of room for a family. Although no view from the lower floors it is just a very short stroll to the Main Street of Mooloolaba. Parking was available Manager Lindsay was very helpful.

Super convenient location. Apartment was very clean. Mangers are really friendly and helpful. Only small issue is the drain grate in the car park exit is very noisy when cars exiting the car park, especially on level 2 where we stayed. Overall a good place to stay.

We entrusted the assistance of the lovely staff at seamark to look after those who travelled to mooloolaba for our near by wedding. All of the guests including the bridal party found the place absolutely wonderful. Our second time staying here, the location is perfect with such close proximity to restaurants, bars, bakery and even a supermarket. Staff were wonderful and happy to help with even the smallest details. A very warm feeling. Our go to accommodation for the Sunshine Coast from now on.

Seamark on First is an excellent place to stay, very central and the unit was spotless.The amenities were good as well they provide a pool, bbq and well equipped gym. The view from 1004 was amazing and the unit itself great.

As with any construction there will be some noise. The construction is at the very early stages with excavation work almost complete (approx 2 weeks left), this is when the most noise is generated. Work hours are posted as 7am - 6pm Monday - Saturday, but we have been informed that the working day will typically be less than this. In house guests have said that the noise is bearly noticable when inside the units.
There are more places to choose from in the Mooloolaba area.
