Stayed for a long weekend at this house... you can rent either individual rooms or the entire house... we rented the entire house for the weekend.
Beachfront property, very private nice beach.. Coson beach is beautiful!
House has 5 rooms with private bath, ceiling fans (NO AC), huge kitchen, a pool, big living area with flat screen, 2 terrace areas and 2 dining rooms (1 outside). House has a generator in case of black outs and no extra fee was charged for it. Rooms are simple: beds, night stand, bath with basic toiletries and towels a bit worn. bring your beach towels! none at the house.
The only con i can think of are:
1.mosquitoes in the late afternoon... locals call the maye.. they are tiny and sting really bad.. so bring lots of bugs spray and citronella candles, since you'll spend most of your time outside... rooms have screen though, so no problem in rooms. 2. fridge a bit small for such a huge house or if you bring a crowd with you
overall, loved our stay... for my 5 year old having the pool right outside of the door worked out perfectly...

Stayed there this weekend from saturday to sunday, it is a small complex only 4 rooms that are small bungalows, ours had a seaview that was fantastic, it is a simple,not luxurious place, but if you are looking for something on a budget with a nice beach, nice views this is the place for you, our room was in front of the pool and the beach is amazing, nearby they have an amazing restaurant right on the beach called Don Luis, the best fish and seafood ever, only open for lunch, the staff was amazing, the owner Michel was a sweetheart, caring for anything we needed, he was always so acommodating and with a permanent smile and the desire for us to have a good time, they did a nice breakfast provided us with wifi, let us stay until late for check out and we had early check in, also Alex was super helpful, he even went to the road to guide us how to get there, it is a place where you have total tranquility because there is no tv in the room, no ac, but windows have screen, very important because at night there are mosquitoes just like every caribbean place, but room is spacious we even asked for extra pillows and ice and got them, so overall thanks for the nice weekend and the attentions to Michel , Alex and everyone else

A paradise on earth! Very calm, private, very pleasant stay. Front beach house, need a little improvement but the place worth to stay, with friends or family. A couple of restaurants near by such is LUIS and MARCIA, this is the most private area all nearby!
