We loved staying here. This relaxing property is a shared house, we had a beautifully presented bedroom with en-suite. The hosts were friendly and very helpful and the location is great, just a few minutes drive to the town centre or a 20 minute walk. It is a shared house so it pretty laid back and as per some reviews there could be a little more attention to the cleaning of the bathroom. On the upside, the furnishings and linen are lux and modern. There's an outdoor seating area, private access and an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Would most definitely return.

We have just paid $388 NZ to stay at this place. A great trip until this stay. The description does not reflect that we literally had a master bedroom and ensuite in a shared house. There was no tv in our room and we did not have access to a tv anywhere in the house. They said they haven't had a chance to do this yet? It was wet and cold outside and there was nothing to do besides being confined to our room with a two year old. Never again. When I phoned to confirm our stay earlier in the week and ensure we were given a port-a-cot for out child we were told that was fine and yet we ended up with a single bed. I also asked if anything would be open in Arrowtown on Good Friday to which a "i don't know" response was provided from the owner. So we booked dinner in Queenstown to be safe. At least it meant we got out of the room. The Novotel in Queenstown cost less and provided a full breakfast. We did not stay for breakfast here as we wanted to get going. The owner seemed lovely but this did not make up for things. Overall this really was less than satisfactory. Whilst the bed was comfy and bathroom was clean for the price we expected a lot more!…

Great stay, excellent host (provided us with "last minute" accommodation) in a very comfortable, ultra modern share house.
