Double room was clean, comfortable and towels changed each day. Bathroom had underfloor heating and was shared with 4 other rooms, along with single toilet. Found showering in evening was quieter and the water pressure was better. Kitchen clean . Tea and coffee facilities provided. Facilities available to make your own meals at your own cost. Common room large and comfortable with large tv. Location convenient for us. Bed comfort not the best. Caretaker very friendly.
