We stayed a night at this lodge this month in a very well-presented and appointed spacious 1-bedroom suite. Excellent service from the friendly management including umbrellas for exploring the city during heavy rain, and good restaurant recommendations. We are definitely staying at Palazzo when we return to Nelson.

great customer service, gave us great advice on food. Bed was super comfy, rest of the room was clean and tidy. we loved the pointy desk where you can sit. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the great stay.

This is the best motor lodge we've stayed in touring around New Zealand. The standard of the accommodation is excellent. A couple of lightweight robes would have been handy & a welcome addition to an otherwise spacious unit which was well equipped. We particularly liked having a separate lounge area. All credit to the management team of the Palazzo. We will definitely return & recommend to family & friends.

We stayed for 3 nights at Palazzo motor lodge. The room was incredibly nice and clean. Super cozy atmosphere and the service was welcoming, friendly and fun! Max gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our trip and pointed us to the best of the best so we wouldn’t miss out on any of the must do activities in sunny Nelson. We definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place close to the city center and 1 hour away from kaiteriteri. Awesome :)
