Good room! Very tidy and excellent. I was surprised that Housekeeping did not do up the bedding during their cleaning. Very modern and luxurious and close to Hardy Street restaurants. Breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had in my travels.

Delightful modern room with all conveniences including washer and dryer. Clothes line out back for guests use as well. Bed was a little uncomfortable, seemed to sink when in use. Towels could do with replacing. We had our evening spoilt by a very inconsiderate guest, who thought he had the right to smoke directly above our room. As a result we could not have our door or windows open. Woke next morning to ash all over outside furniture. Mentioned this to office staff on our departure. She apologised but maybe the designated smoking areas rule should be enforced more strongly by placing signage on the patio furniture etc.

Always a guaranteed comfortable stay. The rooms are very well set up and cleanliness is spot on. Love the fact it is so close and in walking distance to City centre & Beach. Smile. As feel I need a license to work the shower. Would recommend Delorenzo's to visitors. Staff always very professional and on pointe.

We had a great stay. The studio apartment had lots of room & having a washer & dryer was great. Staff gave ideas on places to see as from another country, very helpful. Great place to use as a base.

This was a clean modern room with everything you could ask for supplied. Very good price as well. Underfloor heating and heat pumps that actually work really well!! Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a motel. A full selection of sky including movies. A lot of motels say sky available but they make you pay for more than the basics but not here. This is a great place and will definitely stay there when returning to Nelson

Quiet, exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment. Proprietors we’re very friendly and helpful. A lovely bonus to have a spa bath and shower, also a washer and dryer making the apartment truely self contained.

Perfect stay for a one night business trip to Nelson. Warm, comfortable, didn't feel like takeways so got ingredients from Countdown and cooked. Soak in the spa bath after was great too. Good location, handy to everything

Thank you for having a shower chair available for me. The unit was well set out fir a disabled person. Just lovely thanks again. Nga Mahi nui Marcy. Just one little thing the paving stones when they are wet get very slippery and I get get scared I'm going to fall. Cliff got the wheel chair to take me that very short distance to the car, lol. I must be paranoid about slipping, as I did once before at my place of work and ripped my leg open. Thank God I had drs close at hand to stitch it up. I worked at our local resthome. Thanks again just beautiful. We will be back if we can have the same unit.
