Great service, fast and easy check in. It was close to the airport and simple to get to using the bus. Perfect after a long day of travelling. Facilities were clean, neat and comfortable. Enjoyed the vending machine selection that is available in the lobby as well.

Just received a nice email letting us know the best way to get to the hotel re bus taxi walking how and where to get a ticket for the bus or its OK to use the airport trolley if we are walking across from. ..we are 3 day's away from arriving....much appreciated Bryan and Julie Hammond

Need to pay for suttlebus from airport to the hotel. Not like other hotel, will not send reminder mail or call customer before arrival or not showing up However, sent bunch of junk mails to your mailbox which cause customers easily lost the original booking information and not willing to credit back to customer for not be able to stay overnight. They are not service customer. They use this kind of method making profit.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great atmosphere and fantastic location! Stayed here with my 2 little ones. Room was small the first stay so on our return upgraded to the bigger room which was heaps better! Only negative would be noisy guests in other rooms and hallways, I ensured my kids were quiet given its an airport motel especially but others were not as thoughtful. At night especially some guests were very noisy and loud in their rooms, I could hear entire conversations.

We stayed here last year after arriving from UK last year It was perfect to sleep & shower which was muci needed! So re-booked for same this year Plenty of shops & eateries nearby & you can use their kitchen & laundry Staff were friendly & helpful thanks

It is budget, so basic, but met my needs. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. The location was perfect with shuttle available from door to airport. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Really nice experience overall and would recommend based on this experience. Felt very safe and looked after.

Only if you have to. . Take EARPLUGS. Thin walls and floors. From hoards of noisy drunk people at 130am to those catching early flights all slamming doors and yelling in hallways, to shower and toilet noise. People behaving badly and inconsiderate is a modern problem. Budget in name, not so budget in price. Apart from that a clean, basic place to rest your head. Ositives, Has a restaurant next door and across road a supermarket ( open to 10pm) and other shops. Warehouse open to midnight.

Excellent location but thankfully just for one night. A very unwelcoming room with a bunk bed above you - I thought I could handle that, but bed took up most of the room. so quite claustrophobic. I will say bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The pump heater did not work as blowing out cold air and was given a small fan heater which made a difference. Supermarket within walking distance and restaurant. All in all, was happy to leave the room and probably would not stay again.
