The holiday park provides absolute beach front camping sites on the stunning wild West Coast. The sites are not overly generous size wise but sufficient for a couple of nights stay in a mid size caravan. The showers are unusually placed as cubicles within the...More

There are no semi permanent caravans in this camp - what toilet bowl ? The grounds are suffering from the devastation of 2 full on cyclones right through the face of the camp which cleared all the shelter belts and hedges away, flooded all the...More

The views were spectacular and enjoyed being on the beach. Stayed a bit up on the hill with a campervan. The place is kept clean inside and the facilities are good. Has toilets, 2 showers and a kitchen with dining area. You need your own...More

It is well documented for the 3 or 4 campers PER WEEK that come to the camp at this time of year (mid-winter) that the place is on an an honesty system. It is still maintained and cleaned, and most people can follow the instructions,...More

The owner is the rudest person I've ever met during my travels. This stay was my worst experience of my whole NZ stay (more than a year with lots of camping). Avoid this place if you want peace around yourself. The grumpy old man was...More

Ahaha - here is that person again, trolling through all the accommodation sites with her falsehoods. Funny how her experience is at odds with other people, who write so well of us. As it happens her case stands out because she was trying to get...More
