At 10 mins walk to The Square, very conveniently situated. So many extras, it is like being at home only way better... e.g. spa pool, homemade cookies, movie collection on tap (not that I tried those), very considerate host. This gets the big tick from me!

I couldn't believe how good this place was, given how cheap it was. Well appointed, clean rooms, comfy bed, and even had homemade biscuits on the bedside table. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast is very generous, and a great way to start the day. Host Neil is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this B&B.

A good location, Very close to all amenities. We stayed x2 nights and was great, best part was the breakfast!! Neil serves up the most fantastic choices and great servings. A great host indeed. The room was clean, tidy and warm, the heated blankets were are a lovely touch. Very impressed by the homemade cookies. We did not have a spa, but it was offered. My young sonwas with me and he was very much welcomed and enjoyed his stay.

I was at a conference so very busy. Even so, Neil made me an early excellent breakfast and many helpful suggestions to make my stay in Palmy more productive. The room was comfortable and clean and tidy. Fresh towels were available at all times.

We arrived on the train and had free pickup service by Neil, the owner of the B & B. We stayed 2 nights and had a lovely time and enjoyed visiting with Neil and his cat. There are 2 guest bedrooms that share a bath, but because we occupied both bedrooms, sharing a bath was no problem. Neil had great choices for breakfast and we sat at the dining table as he whipped up our breakfasts. There was a kettle in the room, so we could enjoy coffee when we first got up. There is a Subway and Wendys right by the B & B, so one day we bought sandwiches at Subway and brought them back and sat out on his patio under the grape arbor to eat. Neil was a real delight to get to know and was very helpful with suggestions and helping us get bus tickets for our onward travels.
