Absolutely outstanding. The room was spotless, extremely well equipped (cutlery, plates, cereal bowls, microwave etc.) It was nicely furnished, fully sound proof and it had excellent lighting (something you don’t always find in motels). It is also set just off the main road and so much quieter than some of the other local motels. Easy to walk to restaurants, the art gallery and park. Highly recommend

I LOVE a country motel We booked a five bed, room for one night and were concerned about the compact layout but appreciated how they've managed the space efficiently and practically, which worked out well with everything we needed to be comfortable. Kaine rang to confirmed our booking and gave instructions of key retrieval and allowed us an early check-in which was a bonus. With it's convenient drive up room opening directly onto our car spot, our room itself was great. With it's exposed brick walls, brown interiors and lock chain on the door gave us a heavy dose of nostalgia. The location is set off the main road and only seconds to the centre of town. Sleep quality was great and the A/C was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. This family operated motel suited our needs and we would stay here again and would recommend to others

Enjoyed my stay here. Welcoming owners, clean well equipped rooms and generous tasty breakfast. Even a mini bar in the rooms. The motel offers a number of charge back options for evening meals which is handy. Centre of town is only a short stroll . I would definitely stay here again. Having checked both Trip Advisor and Google Maps I was initially deterred by the hotel's 2 star rating on Maps which can mean "old" or "run down". But in fact this was a brilliant hotel in a central location.
We specifically wanted a queen-sized bed which we were able to get, in addition the room had a comfortable lounge to sit and watch TV and it had a table so I could sit and play with our photos on the laptop.
Even with my impaired walking at the moment it was within easy walking distance of a decent pub for our evening meal and its location, just off the B160, made it ideal for an easy start to our journey the next morning.
Definitely a hotel we'll use when we visit Hamilton again.

Good value motel, spacious room, good water pressure in the shower. Liked having a table/chairs in the room as we self-catered. Walking distance to the main part of town with restaurants, cafes and shops. Although located close to the main road, we weren't impacted by road noise at night. Hamilton is a good base for exploring this part of Victoria and this is a good accommodation option.

After coming out of covid lockdowns, I’m doing lots of travel and have been staying in places in regional Victoria which have obviously suffered from lack of revenue. This was not the case at this hotel/motel. It was such a nice surprise to find such a clean, comfortable and friendly accommodation. Highly recommend it!

I was really happy with the friendly welcome and simple comfortable motel rooms.
I slept well and appreciated the simple touches that made the motel room cosy and pleasant. Perfectly adequate for staying a night or two.

The room was lovely with all the amenities you need, including fresh milk and a coffee pod machine. Located in a quiet street, and yet right near everything. A couple of hotels very nearby for meals. I will be recommending this motel to family and friends who travel this way.

Fabulous motel in a great location. Booked for a large group for a golf weekend. The owners could not be more helpful. Rooms were great, very spacious and clean. The location was close to everything with some wonderful dining options within walking distance.
