Miami is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all the amazing attractions the Gold Coast has to offer. iami Beachside is small enough to offer a personal type of accommodation to our guests, but large enough to be able to offer the facilities expected at major resorts. Our location is close to public transport, restaurants and the centres of Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach and Burleigh Heads. Miami Beachside offers 2 bed 2 bath serviced apartments which are surrounded by tropical gardens, a pool, heated spa and BBQ pavillion. The garden creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity unsurpassed anywhere on the Gold Coast, with tall palms providing cool shaded areas.

Unit 6 wheelchair friendly unit - dust laden fans in bedrooms and bathroom vent in ceiling, Shower in the ensuite continually leaking and kitchen sink tap sprays everywhere and broken handles on the dishwasher making it hard to open. . Dried potato chip and dust behind the TV unit in the lounge room. Sheer curtains on the balcony door black and mouldy looking and no sheers on the bedroom so the sliding door/windows and curtains remain closed due to facing the main road. Housekeeping really needs to pick up to bring this back to par. Spoke to the Jason and cleaning is coming in on 7/11 to attend to the fans and bathroom vent. Foxtel has to be accessed manually as TV remotes are not working. We have been here coming since, I believe 2014 bi annually, for the Pan Pacific Masters games, referring many folk we know to stay here, and talk amongst other competitors is that a lot of other accomodation is the same. What was a good price and accomodation for 9 - 11 days is now pricey and a 2 -3 star property. During Covid a lot of participants lost deposits etc and those that didn't have a lesser quality of accommodation and it is the same , in most cases, where they stopped prior to covid so it is a fair comparison. It is looking like we might stay elsewhere in 2024 and save at least $1,000 in doing so..

Nov 4, 2013 - This was a very good accommodation, true "value for money" within walking distance to the beach and convenience stores, fast food stores, and petrol station. The apartment was well presented, with all the amenities for self-contained living was provided to help us feel comfortable during our stay especially for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We loved the landscaped surroundings of the property with a perfectly sized outdoor covered swimming pool for the children to cool down from the beautiful sunny gold coast weather. Coles Grocery store along the Gold Coast Highway was extremely handy for food shopping. Highly recommend this accommodation to everyone looking for place that's not going to blow the budget but at the same you get a well presented, comfortable, enjoyable time, and still have access to all that the Gold Coast has to offer.

We stayed for a week at this property, it had all the normal facilities of a 2 bedroom self contained apartment. Really nice bar-b-que area, and the pool was perfect, but Spa was magnificent. I suggest you clarify on booking items like defining exactly which part is airconditioned. Our room had ceiling fans which was disappointing. There's not much around this area, in terms of cafe's or restaurants - But the Beach is brilliant!

Thanks for your review. All our apartments are Acond with the AC unit mounted in the living area. It will cool down the whole unit as long as the doors are open and the air can curculate around. If you close the doors, it will not cool down the bedroom. Because of the miss understanding about this issue, we gave you a 25% discount off the already great rate of $140pn during high season for a 2 bed, 2 bath Apartment which you happly accepted. We belive we offer great accomodation for the price.

The ‘superior’ room we paid for had not been renovated as advertised and did not reflect any of the photos on the web site. Furniture was old, mismatched and filthy. Bathrooms were mouldy and dirty. Main bathroom shower screen was missing the door. Walls were dirty. Air conditioning barely cooled the room even after the filters were cleaned. Fans were dusty and ineffective. Would not recommend this hotel at all. The only positive comment I can leave this hotel is the beds were comfortable.

Filthy dirty unclean, mould on drawers, floors dirty, rubbish in bed drawers, food under couch, dirty dishes.no clean mat or hand towels with service, 1 service for 10 day stay, no extra tea bags rubbish bags toilet rolls with service. Pool area clean but closed early with no warning to guests. Have stayed here a few times-Will never stay here again.

apartment was dirty. Sheets were clean but mattresses protector was dirty and stained. Dining chairs were broken and unable to be used. Sofa needed replacing as sagging and smelt like dog. No furniture on balcony so was unable to be used unless you wanted to drag out indoor furniture. I stayed at this complex a few times before Covid and never had any issues until now. Won’t be returning until they pick up their game

I am wondering who is doing the reviews on Miami Beachside Apartments or there must be an extreme difference in Apartment standards by these reviews. If we are paying the same money but receive different standards on apartments, then it is not a good enough job done by management. Good for those getting the better apartments but unfortunately that was not what my family experienced on the weekend and thank goodness we only spent two nights. It had been six months since catching up with our daughter and needed a 2 bed room apartment for our stay and based on reviews decided to give them a go but I wish I hadn't, it was the worst ever holiday apartment I have ever stayed in and looks to be furnished by a second hand shop. The padding on bedhead had more padding than the bed which felt like sleeping on a hard board, the microwave was a rust bucket and other appliances needed a good clean as did they whole apartment. The cleaner was 50 minutes late in letting us in, as he was still cleaning, if you can call it that. I had to walk around spraying glen 20 and no one wanted to sit down or touch anything in case of germs. The only positive is the location and the pool area but we could not enjoy this, due to the condition of the apartment and spent most of our time away from the apartment. If it was not for our daughter, we would have left within 15 minutes of getting inside the apartment and we certainly will not be back or recommend it to anyone and our apartment certainly was not worth the money, in my view

We are sorry that the apartment was not up to the standard of other apartments in the complex and have passed your comments on to the unit owner and to the contract cleaners. We and the unit owner have listened to what you have said and since your stay the microwave has been replaced, a new bed is on order, as well as other furnishings.

Our family, 2 adults, 2 children (11 & 9) stayed here for 11 nights at the start of January 2013. We were very happy with this accommodation. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully self contained. The only thing you need to bring is the food! Apartments were clean and spacious and the pool was a great size which the kids loved. It is set back from the highway so there is no traffic noise and we never heard any noise from neighbours. As I am a light sleeper this was a definite bonus for me. No problems getting a deck chair any time of the day plus there is plenty of grassed areas around the pool and spa. Heaps of families around and the BBQ area got a good workout. There was plenty of seating there. 2 minute walk to the beach which is right on the life saving tower. The walking path along the beach is fantastic,if you want to keep fit or just go for a stroll. This is our 6th stay at the Gold Coast and we found the accommodation fantastic. Better than some of the higher priced ones we have stayed at. The room rates for high season are also very affordable. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Our family were on the Gold Coast for a wedding and stayed in three apartments (12, 34, 35) for the entire time. The service given from Ash and his staff from my first enquiry was very efficient and all dealings very professional. We had a late arrival but found keys and instructions waiting for us which was tremendous. Love the locked carpark which meant we didn't have to worry about leaving rentals on the street. The apartments were very clean and spacious and all the amenities required. The pool was a great hit with the grandchildren - their only complaint being that it was not available all day and night. The bbq area was well used by our entire family of 20+ people - good food, good company, good atmosphere. Being in close proximity to all the GC has to offer added to the fabulous time had by all. A truly great place to relax and recharge the batteries. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends and anyone else wanting a great place to stay for their holiday.

Wow, was the first words that came to my mouth when we first walked into the apartments, it was a paradise. The apartment was huge and opened onto beautiful gardens which had the most magnificent facilities located within, BBQ, Pool, Spa etc.... Then Miami beach is less then 50 metres walk. It was beautiful to listen to the ocean at night.
My family had the best holiday in a number of years and we will be back again on the next school holidays.
Thank you to our host who were only too willing to give us help with the Gold Coast and its many attractions.
