We stayed 3 nights for a long weekend in the East Penthouse. It was 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids (aged 7 through to 14) and this unit was just perfect. 2 master bedrooms both with ensuites (the master MASTER bedroom was sooooo huge with a king bed and it had a corner spa in the ensuite!!!), and 2 bedrooms for the kids and they shared the main bathroom. The lounge room was huge and the comfy lounges eated all 8 of us to watch a movie, and the dining table seated 8 also. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates/cutlery/glasses/bowls/serving plates/cooking items, and it had a big double fridge with water and ice machine. Air con there if needed but plenty of windows to allow the breeze in. The outdoor area had amazing views of the ocean and the Surfers Paradise skyline, and had a large 8 seater table and 2 day lounges. It was quiet and relaxing out there!!!! We couldn't use the pool as it was freezing but it would be great in warmer months. 2 carparks in the underground carpark and plenty of luggage trolleys to help move in and out easily. So much close by including bakery, cafe, chemist, 7eleven, and lots of restaurants to tickle any fancy. A beautiful walk along the beach in both directions, and a kids park straight across the road. The lady at reception was so lovely and welcomed us beautifully. The only negative we had with the apartments was the corridor lights being on all night made the 2 kids bedrooms light all night.

Super friendly and well educated front office staff Darren who made sure that rooms were ready earlier than we expected and kept us well informed of any possible changes. Appreciated the good sense of humour of Darren and information given regarding close amenities such as the fabulous bakery in the nearby shopping complex and ideas for day outings. We experienced a few different rooms all with excellent ocean views and all with enough space and storage. Location to all swimming areas and restaurants/cafes within short walking distance. If I could change one thing I would wish for more thicker fluffy bath towels but the ones we used were fine!! The view from the balconies showcasing famous Kirra Beach was breath taking at times. Third time I have stayed here and once again it didn’t disappoint. I love the open air facilities so the rooms don’t have that stuffy air smell. The two bedroom apartment was roomy with great views. Kirra beach is a short walk away which is great for swimming and boogie boarding. There are great eating places just downstairs which sell a variety of food including amazing coffee (Cafe Kirra). My son loved that he could walk downstairs to the seven eleven whenever he wanted and he also enjoyed the ice cream across the road. The pool and spa are also good. Overall great value for money.

My partner and I stayed with our 9 month old and loved it. The staff were more than helpful with any questions we had. The location is fantastic with cafes and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend giving them a call as they were able to put us in a room best suited to our needs.

Just like to say how UnAustralian the manager of this place is… We booked and paid over $1000 to stay here for 5 nights so we could attend my son’s 21st birthday. And at 630 pm the day before we were due to fly out of Sydney there was a Covid-19 health order to shut off the Queensland border to greater Sydney residents. We were not asking for a refund we just requested for a possible date change to use at a later date. The manager refused to do anything to help us with this situation that is nobody’s fault , they were very rude and just hung up on us. So please whatever you do, do not stay here as they are horrible people to deal with.

Unfortunately, as you have booked a non-refundable booking, there will be no refund or change of dates allowed to your booking, if you cancel. During times of uncertainty, we recommend booking an option with free cancellation. If your plans change you can cancel free of charge until the free cancellation period expires. Terms and conditions are in place to protect both the guest and business and we always recommend booking free cancellation rather than booking the cheaper non-refundable rate during these uncertain times. Guests are asked to consider the risk and select the appropriate booking they feel comfortable with.

I would not recommend these apartments for families with young or teenage kids, our stay was a nightmare.
Told to turn music down at 7pm and if we didn’t comply we were threatened with an eviction. Also advised no cheering and to keep the noise down while watching women’s state of origin. The male night manager was extremely unpleasant and could work on his customer service. I actually got fed up with a number of elderly live in residents giving my kids dirty looks for laughing or talking or having fun. By the end of the stay the kids were too scared to make any noise.
If you are happy to sit in silence in your room then you will love your stay here, rooms were great.

A fabulous short stay with my two daughter's. 2 bedroom ocean view room was just perfect, fresh clean and fully equipped. Managers upon check in were so lovely and engaging making us feel very welcome. We had a memorable stay. Will come back again. I see some reviewers are upset with non refundable bookings and in these uncertain times that is why we booked a refundable deposit.

Love the apartment Love the location, the staff and sites managers are lovely and only to happy to help with anything. But unfortunately the queen bed in the master bedroom has to be the worst bed I have ever had to try and sleep on. When you sit on the bed the side collapses.. the owners of the property need to either replace the mattress or put a very thick mattress topper on it. I definitely recommend the apartments just not 506 with the terrible bedding in the master bedroom.

Stayed 2 nights it was lovely, clean, free wifi everything we needed. Staff were very helpful had amazing ocean views. We didn’t use but had boogie boards, beach umbrellas etc for use. Nice hot showers well equipped kitchen was perfect

We were looking for a last minute short break so decided to revisit Kirra Beach Apartments. Once again we cannot speak highly enough of the resort. From the lovely onsite Managers to a beautiful apartment it was the perfect getaway. The apartments are spotlessly clean, well equipped and a wonderful sea view. (We were on level 5) Location is handy for everything including supermarkets only 1km walk away. Surf club, cafes and restaurants all within a short walk. Can highly recommend.
