I have stayed at the Alluna Motel four times in the last twenty years and it never disappoints. This traditional style hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the rooms are comfortable, spotless and have everything you need. I particularly appreciate the small touches such as a jug of cold water in the fridge on arrival, which is just what you need after a long trip. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and the location is ideal being a short walk to town but also quiet and peaceful. I would not consider staying anywhere else when visiting the lovely town of Armidale.

On the main drag into town room had a microwave , toaster, cutlery and dishes provided, the beds were very comfortable. Aircon important because it was very cold. We had thai from a little take away in the next street
After you get onto bridge st ( the main drag) take the next left about 2-3 blocks down on the right also a place fortake away next door.
There was a pool which we did not use as it was cold, the bathroom could do with an up grade but all in all good.

Our twin room was very comfortable, one queen size bed and one single, beds were comfortable. Room has a heat pump which was great as the temperature plummeted at night, as the room wasn't too large it warmed the room sufficiently and we could turn it off when going to bed. Shower was OK - good pressure but the spray was very wide and splattery. The only thing I can think of that was a tiniest bit lacking was there is no wine glasses. Very friendly welcome upon arrival, and some good information and advice on the University of New England. Didn't use the pool which looked nice as it was too cold. Parking outside our door. Motel was clean and warm, friendly chat with owners when we left. Would stay here again.

First and foremost, Alluna Motel is pet friendly. Much appreciated for our old dog as he doesn't like to be apart from us.
Location is a short and cheap taxi fare to everywhere.
Our room was clean, comfortable, had a good air conditioner and was well located within the site.
The parking spaces along one side were quite large, always a bonus.
We also liked that the room had a separate small bin for recyclable products.
Staff were helpful and friendly, without being overly friendly.
Breakfast was well cooked and prompt.
All of the above, at an affordable rate, is a rare combination.
We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 1 night. We drove 5 hours to pick up a kitten and we are so pleased we chose here.
The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of towels supplied. Microwave and kitchen items.
Good size milk portion (for a few cups of coffee).
Lots of tea,coffee, sugar sachets.
The staff member who greeted us at reception was very nice, happy. Friendly and happy to help in any way possible.
The room rates were very good and totally worth it.
Our beds were very comfortable with fresh and clean smelling linen.
Parking was out front of our room and marked with our room number.
Pet friendly was a huge bonus for us.
Air conditioner for comfort, tissues supplied, along with a hair dryer.
We highly recommend this hotel to travellers and we will be staying here again.
Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Fabulous place, so close to the town. Lady on arrival was really welcoming, and also helpful when we thought a shirt had been left behind. Ony to find it folded on a shelf at home! The accommodation, though motel style is very roomy, and cosy. Bed was very comfortable, Two lounge chairs & coffee table, also very comfy. Lots of bench space, with two dining chairs under the TV. Microwave, small fridge.kettle. Bathroom with shower & toilet good. The only item we would have like one more, was a power point in a handy spot in the bench space area. We always travel with lots of items needing charging.

After 1000 kms we just needed to fall down before an early start next morning. Our man was quick to help, very friendly & accomodating, letting us know where to eat & even upgrading us to a quiet corner. Large, clean room. Unfussy & homely. Perfect for our needs.

Hi there Best is to go on one of their booking sites suggested by trip advisor to get the most updated rate or call them directly as they have different rates with or without breakfast. Hope this helps... Cheers!
