We had a family room, slept 4. Beds are very comfortable with electric blankets and reverse cycle air conditioner. Rooms were spacious for a family room. Even had dining table and chairs. Rooms must be well insulated as room maintained temperature for a few hours even when air con off. Was also a very quiet room. Owners were lovely. Bathroom smallish but really all you need when you are out all day. Would highly recommend.

Booked in here tonight and can highly recommand it. The lady on reception is so helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We were given so much information about the area including places to eat and what restaurants etc deliver. The room is absolutely spotless and neat and no highway noise. I will definitely be staying here again.

Rang late in day for same day booking when travelling with freight. Very reasonably price attracted our attention. Booking over phone was easy with friendly and helpful staff. They arranged late check in for us too. When we arrived, a parking space for our truck and trailer had been set aside and marked out, the room was warm and lamps left on for us. Slept like a log in very comfortable beds, quiet location and clean and tidy room. Overall, very happy and would highly recommend to workers travelling through.

What a lovely place. Up the hill overlooking Armidale, my room was so spacious and clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. It was quiet and the staff were so friendly too - thanks to George. If I'm ever back in Armidale, this is where I'll be staying!

Very clean (in fact, exceptionally clean), well-equipped and comfortable motel. We couldn’t get the promised Foxtel channel pictures (only the noise!), which was a bit disappointing. But we spent a comfortable night and found the staff very helpful and welcoming.

Great value for money. Rooms are a little dated but clean, comfy and priced well. The rooms are also back from the road so they’re very quiet.
You’ll also get excellent service and a warm reception from management.
Definitely a preferred place to stay in Armidale.

I arrived early, i had booked and they knew i was coming and had the heater on to warm up my room. The place was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. A little ways out from the main part of town but easy to get there, being a motor in most have a car. Very reasonably priced and very helpful owner.
