It was such a joy to arrive at this gorgeous B&B with a lovely view towards the lake and mountains. Hannah was the perfect host, so friendly, and every morning cooking up an amazing breakfast that set us up for the day. We did the package deal of a days walk on Milford Track and the next day off to lake Manapouri and Doubtful Sounds. This was probably the best holiday experience we have ever had, thanks Hannah.

Property's Favourite Review
Hannah was a great hostess and put a lot of time and effort into making every guests stay special. There was a dining room and patio that guests could use, with tea/coffee making facilites, a fridge and various free snacks/drinks for the guests. Breakfast was lovely. Hannah listened to what each guest was thinking of doing, and came back with ideas, routes, tips etc to make each day more special.Loved it, loved it, loved it. Thanks Hannah

Did not expect this level of accommodation. Very clean, well appointed rooms, private, great location for Te Anau centre (2 min drive) and lovely, helpful host. The breakfast was fantastic, continental and cooked. Little homemade treats that make a big difference. Nothing seemed too much trouble esp. Arranging excusions. We'll be back.

From the first moment we got to Dunluce our host Hannah really took special care of us. We only stayed one night, and got there late afternoon, but she really looked after my wife and I. She was full of helpful tips on what to do in Te Anau, and which food locations to visit for dinner and for the next morning's cheese rolls (which I am sworn to secrecy). The room and facilities were really comfy and warm, and we even has a visiting neighbour cat join us for a while. The breakfast the next morning was superb, and once again Hannah was most accommodating. We will definitely be staying again.

I had three nights at Dunluce and it was really impressive. Hannah made me feel welcome from the moment I landed (I even had a friendly text message). The home cooking was absolutely delicious- and freshly baked pear and cinnamon muffins was a great start to the day! You will be well looked after when you stay here. Clean, warm and vibrant.
