Stayed a couple of nights while we visited Milford Sound. Nicely located, well presented with two single beds for the kids, and a very comfortable large bed for the adults. Nice bathroom, too. Within easy reach of restaurants and the supermarket. Would recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights when visiting Te Anau on route to Milford Sound. We were travelling as a couple, the only room available was a family room, we were quite happy with this. It had a separate bedroom and kitchen /dining area and a lovely bathroom. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean accomodation. Possibly the largest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in ! The owners are very pleasant and helpful. It's about a 10 minute walk into town. Would recommend.

Excellent place to stop between QT and Milford Sound to break up the long return drive. Motel is clean and modern with a kitchenette. King bed was super comfy. Hosts were very friendly and as we were checking in the wife ran ahead to open our room and turn on the heater and electric blanket. A very nice touch as it was getting chilly. Te Anau town center is about a ten minute walk with a Fresh Choice market, restaurants , and pubs. Te Anau Lake is a block or two from the motel. Wake up bright and early for a leisurely drive with plenty of stops to Milford Sound and catch the first cruise at 1045am. Beat all the tour buses there and back to Queenstown.

Very nice place. Strongly recommend. I stayed two days there. The hotel is near the beach and town centre. Easy to relax and find restaurant only in 2-3 mins driving. The boss kindly introduce the attractions and give some good advices. They take care me as family member. The heater was opened and room is warmed before I entry. Very comfortable place!

We stayed three nights in one bedroom unit. Would be one of the cleanest motel I have stayed in. Older style motel but was immaculately clean with comfortable bed. We were away all day and expected to come back to cold room but host had been in and put heater on. Very friendly and helpful host. Unit had everything we needed for our stay. 5 mins walk to Lake and 10-15 min walk to centre of town. Would definitely stay again

Loved staying here. Rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. We stayed 2 nights. It’s just a short walk to the lakeside and a 10 minute walk to the Main Street for shopping. The owners were lovely, very friendly and generously allowed us to remain an hour longer at checkout so that my partner could watch the end of a football match being played live in the UK! Incredible service.

It is a family run business. We are very pleased for the comfortable, clean and convenient stay. It was our first stop in NZ, which has made a wonderful first impression for our trip. The motel has done absolutely everything they can to ensure we enjoyed our stay and provided services above and beyond.

Very clean and spacious rooms with everything you need on hand. Rooms meticulously cleaned daily. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay when exploring the Milford, Te Anau, Manapouri area. A few minutes walk to the lake front and about 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Situated in a quiet street. Will stay again.

Clean, lovely rooms, Free DVD's to watch and very helpful owners, big clean rooms with pots/pans etc in them, clean and airy and very well located, incredibly comfortable bed and very quiet, bathroom a bit of a letdown as there was no fan and the room got very humid but overall a great spot, good value

Older style motel that is very nicely presented, very clean and comfortable. Lovely welcoming owners. Room for 3 with all amenities; tea, coffee, chocolate, even coffee plunger, DVDs. Close to everything in Te Anau. Comfortable beds. Hester was switched on so the room was warm for our arrival. Highly recommended.
