Great place to stay if you’re looking for more of a glamping stay, although you could also camp outside. Basic facilities in the unit accommodations, but comfortable. Conveniently located near the town centre and a straight 140km road takes you straight up to Milford Sound (don’t skip the lookouts).

Great place as you can choose to sleep in your car, campervan, motorhomes or even in the rooms provided. Place was clean, got al the amenities that you need, and price was reasonable. Managed to even make new friends.

Lovely Camp situated 5 minute walk into town. Clean facilities well Maintained Friendly Staff at the camp. The camp has a lot to offer with Short walk to Lake Te Anau for Great Food Fantastic Pie shop!! Some relaxing Bars. Sightseeing tours etc

affordable, comfortable, great for families, close to shops and restaurants, wide open spaces, clean, playground and kids room. 2 hours drive to beautiful Milford Sounds and cruises. Glow worm caves a must to see.

Such a good location. Easily walk to town and well placed to access all the wonderful things that the area has on offer. We stayed on a concrete pad which was great in the winter, hardly any road noise. Bathrooms where great with hot strong showers, we also rented the hot pool for a dip - very awesome hot pool, stainless steel tub and super clean. Kitchen facilities were really large and the lounge with fire place a good place to escape the caravan for a few hours. We can’t wait to come back in summer to explore more.

Have a fabulous time at the Top ten. Good service and good value Perfect location to go on the Great walks and to use Tracknet for moving around in the Sounds Rooms were nice and clean Stayed at this Top ten many times

It was a pleasant stay. I loved that we were given 2 single apartments/rooms that were seperated by a door. Kids had there little place and hubby and I had our own little place. Loved that there was 2 tvs and 2 toilets. No fighting over the tv and enough toilet for everyone to use.

Good facilities, within walking distance to town, good jumping off point for Milford Sound and other tours. Great showers and bathrooms. Kitchen area was large. Everything was clean. Good washers and dryers. Good dump station for campers. Wood stove in lounge area is cozy.

A very comfortable and welcoming place. A little wet and cold on our arrival. The lounge had comfortable couches and a nice fire in the fireplace. We rented a couple rooms for our group of nine. When the weather cleared the kids spent an hour playing on the bounce structure. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Don’t let the inexpensive price fool you. This is a lovely place run by charming welcoming people.

Great park . We had a motor home and we had all the services we required for it. Staff are friendly. Communal areas are very clean, tidy and well kept. We had a powered site near the main road but we didn't hear any traffic noise. Might not be the cheapest in town but fir the few extra dollars we got a first class experience. Highly recommended
