Great location - easy walking distance to restaurants and the town centre. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Great drinks and gourmet snacks at 6pm with wine from the Amisfield vineyard. Undercover car park (with a lift to reception) was perfect as we arrived at the hotel when it was raining heavily. Staff were lovely and helpful. The...

Very pretty and classy hotel. Room is modern and tastefully decorated. Loved the bathroom. Staff are very friendly and accommodative. Breakfast was so tasty and a work of art! Had a feel of home and very inviting. Would love to stay here again. To make the experience better, they could have an in- house washing & drying machines for guests...

This is my second stay at this property, and both stays were fantastic. The first time we visited was as a married couple celebrating our anniversary in 2011, and we just revisited the property in December of 2016 with a baby in tow and family. This property caters to all types. We love the rooms with the sky lights and...

We started our trip to NZ by staying at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. What a great introduction to the country. We had a lovely room on the second floor. Loved the shower with the sky light, in our room we could actually see the gondolas. The staff at this hotel are really lovely and we had a great time...

My wife and I had just completed a 10 day bike ride through South Island, New Zealand and just wanted a place to rest our weary bones. This was it!! Wonderful staff who were very friendly and helpful, extremely comfortable rooms that were roomy and well appointed, and a locale to die for. Wish all our accommodations in NZ had...

We had a wonderful stay here as part of our honeymoon. We especially enjoyed happy hour with Fran who gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat while serving local wines. It was something unique that you would only get at a boutique hotel like this. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We stayed a total of 6 nights in Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. My first impression was that it was a small hotel; it is a boutique hotel, after all. I was travelling with family so we got 2 rooms, a Gondola Twin and a Gondola King room. The rooms are very spacious, with your own outdoor area (I can’t say...

My wife and I recently traveled to Queenstown for 4 nights between November 13th-17th. There simply are too many positive things to say about the helpful and attentive staff (especially Francisco and Eduardo whom we interacted with most) and this modern and comfortable hotel. We are already planning our return to Queenstown/NZ as we simply did not have enough time...

One night stay at this hotel. Regretted we didn't book for longer. Nice and very helpful staff. We informed them at check-in we needed an early breakfast as we have a pick-up at 6.45am the next day. As their breakfast only starts at 7 am, the hotel delivered our breakfast ahead in the evening. Very near the shopping and dining...

This is a small boutique hotel with the most personable service you can imagine. All of the staff knows you by name and they were all so helpful in so many ways. The hotel is well located adjacent to a lovely park and just steps into the town of Queenstown where you can stroll around and find a little bit...
