We had Deli Christmas Dips delivered to work on Tuesday. The pressure was on as I had recommended them, true to form they did not disappoint. Delivered bang on time, everyone's order was correct, delivered in heat keeping bags. Lovely tasty sandwiches ,everyone thoroughly enjoyed, lovely lunchtime treat. Well done and many thanks to Ben and his team.

Nice small hotel with personal friendly service. An adult oriented respite from an otherwise adventure oriented town filled with 20 year olds. The two bedroom suite was perfect for us and the other couple we were traveling with - two completely separate bedrooms and baths with a large common area. Canapé and wine hour was perfect - friendly conversation and...

The staff were incredibly helpful, very friendly and nothing was too much. Between 6 pm and 7 pm was a welcoming interlude of canapes and wine. The rooms were immaculate, modern and extremely well presented. The hotel is very close to downtown Queenstown as it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. Stay here you won't regret it!

This was one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in. Both architecture and decor in very good taste. My only small complaint is that the room never gets completely dark, even with all the curtains down. Anyway, you do want an early start in Queenstown. Canape hour is another bonus in this little chic hotel. Although it doesn't...

We stayed three hotels in my trip in Newzealand. Definetly this hotel is the best hotel. Room is neat and clean. Stuffs are cheerful and overwhelmingly kind. Breakfast is also very good. If we have a chance to visit NZ again, we would like to stay this hotel.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel as though our every need would be taken care of. I was on holiday with my daughter who uses a manual wheelchair and she was very happy with the special bathroom set up we had. I loved Canape hour as it was a chance to meet other guests...

We had the two bedroom apartment which was comfortable and beautiful. Two bedrooms, two shower rooms, lounge/kitchen/diner, and separate toilet! All the windows have beautiful view all around Queenstown. Staff were always super friendly and helpful and we loved the nice touch of wine tasting and canapés in the evening. Totally recommend this hotel for service, style and location.

The rooms were roomy and spacious - ours had a patio and a mini-kitchen. The location was great - a very short walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars, not too close to the bars that stay open til 4am. The staff - Karen and Eduardo in particular - were very friendly and helpful with bags, coordinating trips, and recommendations....

Outstanding slightly hidden gem in a remarkable city. The hotel is amazing, the staff is so polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and cozy with all the modern amenities. It's just a short walk to the city center. Actually pretty nice to get a few blocks away from the congestion. They only have staff at the hotel until 10:30pm...so...

The hotel is steps from the bustling center of Queenstown. It's right next door to Skyline Queenstown (Gondola, Luge, great views). The room with a Gondola view is awesome. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. They serve complimentary canapés and wine every evening.
