On a extended holiday in New Zealand and Australia with my wife, brother, and sister-in-law, we stayed in six deluxe accommodations. This was the third best of them all, by common agreement. The hospitality was exceptional. The happy hour gave us an opportunity to meet some charming people.

My husband and I stayed here in January. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The communal lounge area was very pleasant as were the canapes and drinks served there each evening. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The proximity to town and its attractions was good. A short walk brought you to restaurants and shops. If we...

We stayed here for 1 night on a sunny summer day. STAFF: Super friendly, very helpful. We could leave our car in the garage from our early arrival at 9am on check-in day until 5pm on check-out day at no extra charge. GREAT! ROOM: Gondola Double, upper floor, with a skylight above the shower. Fantastic interior design, well-equipped room. I...

We stayed in one of the three Remarkables rooms. It had a stunning floor to ceiling picture window of the Remarkables mountains and the park. My only complaint is that the lighting in both bathrooms was poor. A perk of staying at this hotel is that they offered a free wine and canapés tasting from 6:00 to 7:00 every night....

The service was excellent. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was 5 minutes from town center--very convenient. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfasts were excellent.

This was our first time in Queenstown and we could 't have stayed at a better place. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and our gondola view room was perfect. Each day, there was a "happy hour" at 6pm in the main room off the lobby that included complementary wine and canapés. Karen, the hotel manager, warmly greeted each...

Light airy room, loved the skylight over the shower. Mini-kitchenette, great in room plunger/press coffee. Best of all, an on the house, 6pm wine and canape hour every day to let you mix with the other guests and pump the staff for local knowledge (had a great restaurant recommendation). Completely satisfied with the light breakfast option. Would go back here...

Great location just 2-3minutes to town center, the staff were friendly and the rooms and sitting area very clean. We stayed there for three nights in the gondola view room, we did have to put the shades down when we were changing(close to the street), and during these three nights we couldn't sleep well from drunk people walking loudly on...

Expensive for what it is. The room we had was backing off to a main road and while there was no road noise, this was not a positive. The room was not particularly large and there was poor lighting in the bathroom (not good for the ladies). Limited bathroom storage. Everything else was very well done, wifi very good, and...

Stayed here with my mum for a girl's trip away this week. We loved the location and the service - evening canapés was a great opportunity to get some local knowledge and tips for our adventures. It was a lovely spacious room to come back to each day, nice and close to town (Ferg's!) and the Skyline gondola - also...
