I found all the staff exceptionally accommodating and very Friendly and helpful. The room was very well 'kitted out' and allowed simple kitchen options with a tea kettle, microwave and toaster. The 6-7pm happy hour was a welcome option to have a drink and nibbles and meet other guests and speak to staff in an informal setting. Well done! We...

Fantastic spot close to town but not the noise. Staff was amazing and helped in anyway needed. Rooms are well appointed with comfy beds. The location is ideal across from a park and field right into town. Everything was close and easy top walk to no car needed.

We spent 3 nights at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel over Christmas 2016. The room was beautiful, modern and the bed extremely comfortable with spectacular views looking towards the Gondola. The bathroom had a glass ceiling giving a wonderful view of the stars at night. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the canapes and wine on an...

We stayed at QPH for 4 nights in Dec/Jan. The hotel is immaculate. Great view of the park, exceptionally clean, great amenities. The room we stayed in, room 11 I think, was a great place to come home to after a day out in Queenstown and surrounding areas. The room had a small kitchenette, a fridge, and a sink, which...

We spent 4 nights at QPB over New Year and we really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and we're able to give us excellent recommendations re what to do, restaurants etc. The location is absolutely perfect; just a 5 min walk into town...

We spent a few nights in this hotel- rented 2 rooms. Service was great. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were new. Location is very good. 3 min from the loudness of the center, still close enough. Parking is downstairs and free. Wifi is fast. Did not have a best view though - try not to book rooms 7 and 8. Others...

This was probably our favorite stop on our tour of the South Island! The location and staff are great, as well as the rooms! We had the most comfortable bed with the softest sheets EVER (we even looked to see the brand). The rooms are very modern and ours had a little kitchen-type area with sink, small refrigerator, cooktop, etc....

We had the most amazing time at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. Queenstown was our first stop on our first trip to New Zealand, and what a perfect way to start our adventure. Fran was THE BEST, really made us feel like it was a home away from home. We only had two days to spend in Queenstown, and he helped...
