This was our first time in Queenstown and we could 't have stayed at a better place. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and our gondola view room was perfect. Each day, there was a "happy hour" at 6pm in the main room off the lobby that included complementary wine and canapés. Karen, the hotel manager, warmly greeted each...

Light airy room, loved the skylight over the shower. Mini-kitchenette, great in room plunger/press coffee. Best of all, an on the house, 6pm wine and canape hour every day to let you mix with the other guests and pump the staff for local knowledge (had a great restaurant recommendation). Completely satisfied with the light breakfast option. Would go back here...

Great location just 2-3minutes to town center, the staff were friendly and the rooms and sitting area very clean. We stayed there for three nights in the gondola view room, we did have to put the shades down when we were changing(close to the street), and during these three nights we couldn't sleep well from drunk people walking loudly on...

Expensive for what it is. The room we had was backing off to a main road and while there was no road noise, this was not a positive. The room was not particularly large and there was poor lighting in the bathroom (not good for the ladies). Limited bathroom storage. Everything else was very well done, wifi very good, and...

Stayed here with my mum for a girl's trip away this week. We loved the location and the service - evening canapés was a great opportunity to get some local knowledge and tips for our adventures. It was a lovely spacious room to come back to each day, nice and close to town (Ferg's!) and the Skyline gondola - also...

Delicious cooked breakfasts (more than enough to satisfy a very tall 16yo son!), very central location, very comfortable rooms and beds, friendly staff and enjoyed the daily happy hour of complimentary local wines and beer with canapes made by the chef from local ingredients. Our friends staying nearby in apartments up the hill were most jealous! All the staff were...

This is my third time staying at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel and I can't fault it. It's so close to town, a few minutes walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, lake, gondala. The staff are lovely, breakfast is yummy and rooms are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were smaller then we were expecting. The location was fantastic and you could walk to anything you wanted in town within five minutes. It's pricey but Queenstown is overall. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. The only down side was our room that had a...

This hotel was off the charts amazing. Great location and a very cool building. The staff were amazing and the rooms were incredible. Complimentary drinks and snacks at night, free parking, amazing breakfast - really could not ask for anything more. This is not only the best hotel in Queenstown, but it's probably one of the best hotels I've ever...

We wanted a few days of comfort and ease to prepare for (and recover from) Routeburn track hike; received a personal and comprehensive service from the staff. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat!
