This is the first time staying at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. From the minute we walked in the door to the day we left we were welcomed and felt comfortable and at home. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were able to give advise about places to visit and restaurants to try. The hotel was on a rise so you could see around you, we looked straight up to the gondola. Breakfast was served in their intimate dining area, cooked fresh for each guest as they liked it. Drinks and canopes served at dinner time in their quant lounge. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Clean well presently excellent location

Hotel's Favourite
My girlfriend (now fiance) and I have travelled the world and stayed at numerous hotels. This hotel and especially the staff really set this hotel apart from any experience we've ever had on any travels we've had to date. They set the new gold standard for what we consider service excellence. First, the hotel - it is very situated, located within easy walking distance of downtown Queenstown - tis literally 5min to all downtown bits. It is also withing walking distance for a couple hikes - Queenstown Hill and Ben Lomond. The hotel has a small underground carpark with a little lift to carry you and your stuff up to the main level. Second - the rooms - we had a regular little room, they are well appointed, modern and had all the mod cons for a stay including a little fridge, burner, etc. Great for storing your bits and pieces. The view out was nice, had a little balcony that looked out towards the gondolas. The suites are really nice and if you're able to, I'd recommend upgrading to those, especially if you're staying for a period of time. There is much more space and the views are really nice of the local park + the Remarkables mountain range. Third - the breakfasts - superb! freshest ingredients used - the cooks are amazing - Lia and Andrew get BIG shout-outs for the incredible breakfasts made. Not only can you order a la carte they also would make their own breakfasts for you (if you ask them) - they are creative and so delicious. The breakfast staff were super friendly and will do anything to make sure you enjoy your meal. Talk about staff - this is what really sets this place apart. All the staff were amazing, friendly and genuinely wanted to know about you and your trip. They made sure your trip was good and would make calls to ensure everything was set and in order. Fran - the general manager was incredible as a host. He truly looks after the guests and the hotel and this was evident through the staff interactions as well as the way the hotel was run. Every evening, the hotel hosts a canape and drinks social hour. Great little nibbles with a selection of wines and beers to drink. The food was delicious and it was a great way to meet hotel staff as well as other folks staying at the hotel. I found this hotel through Trip Advisor - I want to pay you guys back (thank you!!), this hotel is truly the best hotel we've stayed at and can't recommend it high enough. When we come back to Queenstown, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you Fran, Lia, Andrew and all the staff at Queenstown Park Boutique hotel, you made the trip very special for us.

Stayed here for the first time when visiting Queenstown. Welcoming, friendly staff will greet you on arrival and will make you immediately feel at home away from home. Stylish, modern rooms offer views onto the park like surroundings that suggest you are anywhere, but in the very centre of a bustling holiday destination. Everything feels calm and relaxed yet sophisticated. Housekeeping maintains the spotlessly clean rooms throughout your stay. We enjoyed the genuine conversations with staff and management over the daily complementary pre-dinner drinks and canapés, always learning about new things to discover. Staff very helpful with restaurant or other bookings. Breakfast was delicious, too. We will definitely be back!
