Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Was booked in for 3 nights but only stayed for two as office closes at 8pm and no response from shyer hours emergency number. Would have got 5 stars if manager had rung enquiring if I was still coming and explained key system. However the apartment was well appointed and nice and quiet. Also non serviced unsure on how many days they stay in serviced if on a longer stay. I’m

The things that I liked about this accommodation was its proximity to the city centre (walkable to everywhere), the well equipped kitchen which we used to cook several meals, the 2 bathrooms included in the 2 bedroom apartment and the fact there was a washer and dryer. The apartment building itself is quite 'higgle-piggle'. Lots of stairs and we felt quite overlooked wherever we were. The balconies are all right next to one and other and if others are out there it feels quite awkward as you are about 3 meters from the neighbours conversations. Both bedrooms backed onto a walkway to other peoples apartments which resulted in loud voices straight past where we were all sleeping early in the morning and late at night when others were coming and going. If the blinds were open at all everyone could see straight into the bedroom. The apartment was also extremely hot in the afternoons with no fans or air con supplied (on day 2 we did request a fan and it was promptly brought to us). But one small pedestal fan really didn't help for 5 people. There was also A LOT of partying going on while we were there... it was the week after Christmas so i get people are celebrating but with 3 young kids it was VERY noisy. There is no onsite reception and the offsite reception is only in the day so we really just had to suffer through screaming and swearing etc for hours of the night. Overall, our stay was mostly fine and if i didnt have small kids I probably would have rated it better but for a family stay I would personally choose somewhere else in the future.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Super warm and sunny, all the amenities that you might need (full kitchen, two bathrooms, full laundry). There was even a spare bed in the lounge that we used and was apparently quite comfy. Balcony was lovely and sunny and well equipped. Gardens across the road and a short (but steep) walk to the edge of town. Location is a little noisy but is probably nothing compared to central Queenstown and it was away from all of the roadworks. Bathroom fans are super loud outside the second bedroom (would set off our baby monitor every time - sounded like a truck sitting outside the door). Lots of steps to the apartment we were in but the view was lovely (could see up towards the gondolas) and our carpark was in a weird location but it was safe and off the road.

We were so extremely impressed with our apartment. It had everything you could possibly needs d was very stylishly decorated. Bed linen and towels were awesome. So very central - just a short walk to town. I really highly recommend this as a place to stay in Queenstown.

We booked a two bedroom apartment and we loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed, super spacious kitchen, dining space and a large lounge all topped off with spectacular views of town and the mountains. You can either cook or take a few minutes stroll into town, we had hired a car to do a few road trips but if you are planning to stay in Queenstown you are about a 2-3minute walk into town. Super friendly and helpful staff as well to top it all off!

We had a golf trip and took 4 two bedroom self service apartments for 5 nights. Everyone was pleased with the places they got and there wasn’t really a negative comment, apart from some of the beds being too soft - it was a “cheap soft” so not great. Apart from that all was good. We ate out every night so didn’t use the kitchen. The best compliment is we’d be happy to stay here again.

Queenstown was our last station of our great new Zealand tour. This last part was suppose to be the icing of the cake, as my fried was visiting from overseas and I wanted her to have the best stay in Queenstown Staying at this place was able to ruin that expectation in spite of the nice locations and clean place., with nice kitchen and lounge. 1) The reception, the first place of the premises to enter, was such an awful experience. The receptionist( name Georgia or Gloria) whom you can’t miss her unwelcoming expression when we entered. She said : are you checking in, ignoring my hello and my smile. Took my name, gave me the key and moved. We met so many receptionist at this trip, all were so helpful , friendly and and asked us if we need help or orientations during our stay. 2)There was no air conditioning. People you have huge project!! You are earning huge profit. You need to improve the things and make the stay more comfortable. The temperature was nearly 34 inside the apartment during the afternoon. They provide only one fan for 2 bed-rooms and a lounge apartment. When I returned back to the reception I was nearly crying from the heat. Asking them for another fan. Again G*said no only one fan per apartment. I her I have a medical condition, I need a fan all the time and asked her please to try to find another one. She said I can buy one. As soon as I left they started laughing and making fun of me. On checking out, we met another receptionist, not as bad, but far away from friendly. This accomodation was the most expensive from all our accomodations, but was the only bad stay. 3) forget about using their Wifi, it’s horrible you can’t get any website. So Blue Peaks :change your receptionist guys, especially G* she hates her job, and the job hates her. Air conditioning Wifi, I mean wifi not a joke You prices are expensive I’m sure you will afford to do that.

Let me start by the two good things about this place. First, it has a great location very near town center and quiet at the same time. Second, the apartment shared living space is spacious with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, it has a lovely balcony with a nice view. What really upset me and my friend about this place is the poor service we got when checking in. Georgia at the reception desk was unfriendly, unhelpful and almost rude. This was the worst reception we got while touring New Zealand for 3 weeks. And this really gave us a very bad first impression of this place. The bedrooms are small and sort of claustrophobic. Beds not very comfortable and furniture dated. There is no AC and only one fan in the entire apartment. It was a hot summer and because the living room had floor to ceiling windows the apartment was very hot at the end of the day and at night. When my friend asked reception for another fan, she was rudely dismissed and then laughed at behind her back. I do not recommend this place and would certainly look for an alternative place to stay if I visit beautiful Queenstown again. It did not match at all the rating it got on TripAdvisor which made me go for it.
