Detailed Reviews
Some rooms face on to a busy main road although road noise wasn’t bad at night. Great to have a washer and dryer in the room but the cycles are long and loud - beware of starting a load later in the evening. Our apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was wonderful for travelling with kids. Kitchen was well equipped and great view of the lake from the balcony. Easy walk to the centre of town for restaurants or to the gardens. Service during check in and check out was not as warm as I experienced in many other part of New Zealand and beware that the main office is at a different (but nearby) location than the apartments.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony. I think it was apartment 623. It’s on a steep incline off Coronation Drive. The apartment was very bright and sunny and very clean. I had a twin bed room with a separate bathroom and my travel buddy had the en-suite room. The living/dining area was large and inviting. You were able to see the cable cars/mountain from the living area. The kitchen was well equipped and had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment also had an iron and ironing board. Unfortunately there is no digital safe to put your important documents/cash. Please note that if you have mobility issues (or extremely heavy luggage like we had) and do not have a car, it’s a steep walk to reception which isn’t on site. It’s really not too far away but if you have heavy bags, it feels like you’re climbing Mount Everest. The location is perfect and it’s an easy walk to the shopping area where you will find everything you need. The bus to Arrow town was nearby too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it’s a lovely apartment and I would highly recommend staying here.

We booked a two bedroom apartment and we loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed, super spacious kitchen, dining space and a large lounge all topped off with spectacular views of town and the mountains. You can either cook or take a few minutes stroll into town, we had hired a car to do a few road trips but if you are planning to stay in Queenstown you are about a 2-3minute walk into town. Super friendly and helpful staff as well to top it all off!

Queenstown was our last station of our great new Zealand tour. This last part was suppose to be the icing of the cake, as my fried was visiting from overseas and I wanted her to have the best stay in Queenstown
Staying at this place was able to ruin that expectation in spite of the nice locations and clean place., with nice kitchen and lounge.
1) The reception, the first place of the premises to enter, was such an awful experience. The receptionist( name Georgia or Gloria) whom you can’t miss her unwelcoming expression when we entered. She said : are you checking in, ignoring my hello and my smile. Took my name, gave me the key and moved.
We met so many receptionist at this trip, all were so helpful , friendly and and asked us if we need help or orientations during our stay.
2)There was no air conditioning. People you have huge project!! You are earning huge profit. You need to improve the things and make the stay more comfortable. The temperature was nearly 34 inside the apartment during the afternoon. They provide only one fan for 2 bed-rooms and a lounge apartment.
When I returned back to the reception I was nearly crying from the heat. Asking them for another fan. Again G*said no only one fan per apartment. I her I have a medical condition, I need a fan all the time and asked her please to try to find another one. She said I can buy one. As soon as I left they started laughing and making fun of me.
On checking out, we met another receptionist, not as bad, but far away from friendly.
This accomodation was the most expensive from all our accomodations, but was the only bad stay.
3) forget about using their Wifi, it’s horrible you can’t get any website.
So Blue Peaks :change your receptionist guys, especially G* she hates her job, and the job hates her.
Air conditioning
Wifi, I mean wifi not a joke
You prices are expensive I’m sure you will afford to do that.

The things that I liked about this accommodation was its proximity to the city centre (walkable to everywhere), the well equipped kitchen which we used to cook several meals, the 2 bathrooms included in the 2 bedroom apartment and the fact there was a washer and dryer.
The apartment building itself is quite 'higgle-piggle'. Lots of stairs and we felt quite overlooked wherever we were. The balconies are all right next to one and other and if others are out there it feels quite awkward as you are about 3 meters from the neighbours conversations. Both bedrooms backed onto a walkway to other peoples apartments which resulted in loud voices straight past where we were all sleeping early in the morning and late at night when others were coming and going. If the blinds were open at all everyone could see straight into the bedroom.
The apartment was also extremely hot in the afternoons with no fans or air con supplied (on day 2 we did request a fan and it was promptly brought to us). But one small pedestal fan really didn't help for 5 people.
There was also A LOT of partying going on while we were there... it was the week after Christmas so i get people are celebrating but with 3 young kids it was VERY noisy. There is no onsite reception and the offsite reception is only in the day so we really just had to suffer through screaming and swearing etc for hours of the night.
Overall, our stay was mostly fine and if i didnt have small kids I probably would have rated it better but for a family stay I would personally choose somewhere else in the future.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Super warm and sunny, all the amenities that you might need (full kitchen, two bathrooms, full laundry). There was even a spare bed in the lounge that we used and was apparently quite comfy. Balcony was lovely and sunny and well equipped. Gardens across the road and a short (but steep) walk to the edge of town.
Location is a little noisy but is probably nothing compared to central Queenstown and it was away from all of the roadworks. Bathroom fans are super loud outside the second bedroom (would set off our baby monitor every time - sounded like a truck sitting outside the door). Lots of steps to the apartment we were in but the view was lovely (could see up towards the gondolas) and our carpark was in a weird location but it was safe and off the road.

+1
Pros and cons : Overall the apartment was good. Great size for three adults. Loved the milk in the fridge on arrival and paper towel in the kitchen cupboard. Great that there was a tv in one of the bedrooms. Amazing view. Good location. Staff very responsive to all our messages and questions and very helpful. On arrival I was looking for power points in the room and moved the side table. I then saw an elastic band on the carpet which means cleaners don't do a thorough clean after each guest and don't move the furniture. They should be allowed more time to thoroughly clean. There was dust on the lamp. One doona had a stain on it. Really gross. The water heater in the closet was so annoying and loud each time guests used water. No block out blinds in the rooms meant the extremely bright light from the outdoor security light shone through. Overall sleep was disturbed because of these reasons and was very disappointed to have paid for this. The door handle to the balcony was broken. The lock on the toilet door was broken. The toilet seat is the wrong shape for the bowl as it doesn't cover it. We couldn't work out how the fan in the bathroom worked without having to put the heater on. It was very hot in there. For the price charged these maintenance issues should have been addressed. Note that apartments aren't serviced so you will need to take your own rubbish out and replenish your own toilet paper and tissue supplies.

We were so extremely impressed with our apartment. It had everything you could possibly needs d was very stylishly decorated. Bed linen and towels were awesome. So very central - just a short walk to town. I really highly recommend this as a place to stay in Queenstown.

Yes, wheelchair accessible. Unless you will be wheeling her to the town then it may be challenging as it is up-hill. Otherwise, from your carpark to the unit itself it all flat from the unit i stayed at with beautiful view of the lake from the balcony.
Can the single beds in the second bedroom be moved next to each other if the centre table was moved?
Our second bedroom had a double bed only.
The single extra bed was in the large living room area. If you have 2 single beds, with a bedside table between the 2 beds, I would see my not you couldn’t join the two after removing the bedside table. Our room had enough space in it, & would’ve allowed for that change.
