Detailed Reviews
We are a blended family of 9 which includes Miss 10 and 6 teenagers. Coronet View was perfect for us as there were so many benefits. Each room had their own bathroom with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The set up of the kitchen lounge and dining was great, room for everyone and we loved the fireplace. Huge pamphlet stand to give us ideas of attractions. Each room had its own heating and TV. And the beds were soooo comfy. The only let down was the wifi for the teenagers, it wasn't strong enough for all the devices we had. In saying that the internet connection was poor in Queenstown in general, using the data on my phone. The spa was used every night and was big enough for those that wanted too. With the great views it was a bit further away from town so we drove to and from each time. The Hosts were so welcoming and happy to help if needed. They went through everything in great detail on arrival that we needed nothing over the 4 nights we were there.

This place was quite cute and I found the value quite good for Queenstown prices. Sarah was a wonderful host and was always accessible when I needed her - it was easy to do laundry or cook in the common areas. The room was comfortable and I had my own private bathroom. Everything was kept very clean, and I felt very safe in this area. The only thing was that it is a bit far from the center of town and I had to take a taxi to and from! But other than that, I found this place quite charming and cute, and I had no other issues. It was quite a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

Without doubt we made an excellent choice to stay at the Coronet View for our first visit to Queenstown, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Sarah who happily showed us our room and around the complex. It’s a very quiet place with fantastic views. Our room was spacious, very well equipped with kitchenette, oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher. The bed was so comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.
We can highly recommend this place for your next trip to Queenstown. All respect for the management who has done a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

We have just returned from staying 4 nights at Coronet View Apartments to celebrate my 80th birthday with all the family, and our accomodation could not have been better. We were 6 adults and 4 young people aged from 10 to 16 years. The accomodation was superb with spacious lounge, dining and kitchen areas, 5 good size en suite bedrooms, (we could have had 6,) a large balcony with plenty of tables and chairs, and a glorious view of Coronet Peak right round to the lake. The pool was an added bonus for the young ones, and the spa was enjoyed by the adults. The BBQ was in the same area, and we had a wonderful evening there. All the cutlery and plastic plates and mugs etc were supplied and we just had to rinse them after, stack them in a plastic container, and the staff washed them later!!! I heartily recommend these apartments and thank Coronet View Staff for helping to make our stay so memorable.

I would like to specially thank Sara for her outstanding warm and caring hospitality during my stay at Coronet View Apartments. 🙏🏻😊She was so lovely that I felt it was my home. The view from each of the rooms are outstanding facing towards the mountains and clouds. During my stay I just loved the comfort, homeliness, beautiful souls and very convenient to town centre, it's just 15 mins walk from the hill. I would definitely go back whenever I visit Queenstown again 😊 I would 100% recommend it to others including my friends & family members. To sum up, Coronet view Apartments earn 100/100 in terms of outstanding location to staff members to cleanliness to comfort to location to Million dollars scenic view, just perfect overall! 😊♥️ Ps.You guys doing a great job @ Team Coronet View Apartments! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😘😘😘💝💝💝

This was the perfect place for our extended family of 13 to spend a week over Christmas. There was loads of space to either gather as a group or get away from everyone. Each bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed (some had an additional single bed), a good size TV and an ensuite (some with a bath or spa). The only thing better than the rooms was the view - simply spectacular! It is a fairly easy walk into town although the walk back up the hill can be a bit of a killer, but taxis and Ubers were easy to get and cost around $8 -$10. The host Sarah was fantastic - so friendly and accommodating as was Molly the cat who would visit us each day. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice relaxed place to stay and especially for a large group.

Coronet View was a perfect end to our short stint in the South Island, staying here for three nights.
Set up high gave a fabulous view of The Remarkables and town. Nice walk into town too, with a slight incline, albeit short was a good cardio work out to burn off to my dinner !! However for those less challenged taxis from tow are cheap enough.
Sarah and her dad were very welcoming and offered advice on where to go and what to do in town.
Rooms were exceptional, very clean, comfortable beds and the shower was fab too. There was continental breakfast in the main dining area and was a great way to meet like minded travellers. Breakfast was a choice of many cereals, fruit, yogurt, eggs and toast.
I would highly recommend Coronet View when in Queenstown.

We booked into Coronet View for 5 nights at the end of September 2020. We arrived as the arctic snap hit. Our studio apartment was warm and inviting and it was wonderful to sip our port, watching the snow flakes just outside our door. The studio was perfect and satisfied all our needs and most of our wants. Tastefully furnished with everything we required for a comfortable stay. Very central to all the adventures Queenstown promised. What else can I say? We loved it and will definitely be back. Sincere thanks to Sarah for accomodating us on such short notice. Highly recommend.

Hi Shelley,
Thank you for your questions. We are up a bit of a hill so walking into town is easy but the walk back up is quite tiring. We have a shortcut that we show our guests which takes about 10 mins to get in but it is 10-15 mins walk back up that hill. A taxi only costs about NZ$10.00 each way if the walk is too much!
Hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
Laura
