Stayed here for 9 nights on my recent trip to Queenstown for a friends wedding. LOCATION Perfect location. Right in town. A couple minutes walk to the lake and The Station where you go to organise tours and pick ups for all your adventure needs. The steps beside the hotel lead you up to the gondola Skyline. There is a...

My wife and I have spent an amazing three nights at Sofitel Queenstown. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The room was very comfortable and the spa bath a welcome find after our flights. The bed is so soft and cosy it was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast options were great, although the coffee machine...

This is our second stay at this Hotel over the past 4 years. Due to the size of our family (5) we booked 2 x prestige suites for our 4 night stay. We would normally get interconnecting rooms but there was none available. We decided to book 2 prestige suites hoping that the rooms would be side by side or...

We enjoyed our stay here. Right in the heart of buzzing Queenstown. Close to shops, restaurants, the waterfront. Staff are very pleasant. Our room was very comfortable. Great jazz bar on the premises. Breakfast you had a choice of buffet or alacarte. Highlander oats are absolutely unreal.

As is typical of Sofitels, this hotel is a true upscale experience. The service is excellent at the front desk, the concierge and in the restaurants. The common areas are very well appointed and comfortable. You could not ask for a better location. It's right next to the main shopping district and a 5 minute walk from the tramway. It...

I had the luxury to have two massages in 3 days and it was all worth it! The spa is clean, calm and serene. The treatment rooms are well appointed with individual showers. The same masseuse in both treatments was excellent and very strong. Whilst it is pricey at $160 each 60 minute treatment, it was all worth it!

Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and the room seemed to have everything we needed - wifi, spa bath, Robes, hair dryer. I'd highly recommend. And for being so central we also found the room very quiet. The only draw back was that it was at the top end of the budget!

We love staying at the sofitel in Queenstown. It is so central to the town and has a great vibe. We stay in the suites which offer views of the lake and we just love this spot. The staff are wonderful and the beds are the most comfortable beds ever
