Detailed Reviews
We had an amazing stay at Platinum Queenstown Villas as a family of 5. The villa gave us lots of space to not feel on top of one another, yet it was so cozy and warm with the fireplace and heaters - perfect to come back to after a long day of skiing or adventure. The view from the Lakeview apartments of the Remarkables is nothing short of incredible.
The kitchen is really well appointed; it had everything we needed to cook out own meals. Plenty of coffee sachets, dishwashing tabs, toilet paper and laundry powder was provided, which really takes the hassle out of staying somewhere other than home.
The staff were easily contactable and efficient. We had groceries delivered to the Villa while we were still on the plane, and they were packed away for us before we arrived - it was so convenient.
We loved it so much that booked again for next year and can't wait to go back.

My wife and I travelled from Sydney with our toddler. From the moment we checked in, Alana made us feel amazingly welcome.
Our villa was immaculately clean, spacious and very tastefully furnished.
We stayed in a Lakeview villa which opened up onto a beautiful green lawn and had simply breathtaking views over the lake. It was absolutely magnificent!!
Having visited Queenstown many times in the past, and having stayed at a range of different accomodation, this one takes the cake.
We will be back!!

Just spent 7 nights in heaven! Everything was perfect in every way. It’s was immaculately clean and maintained. The villa was extremely well insulated and heated. Gas fire place was a big hit. Smart TV had Netflix and Disney apps. We were traveling with a 6mo and a 3 year old as well as my parents and it was large enough for us to spread out. My older son loved feeding the ducks who visited our patio every morning. It was perfectly located with easy parking directly out the front so easy to get kids in and out. Our return flight was cancelled so we had to stay a night at accom organised by the airline and we really missed the heated floors and heated towel rail in the bathrooms.

We stayed at Platinum Villas for 4 nights ahead of embarking on a Great Walk. The location is fabulous - lovely views over the lake and mountains, an easy 15 minute walk into centre of Queenstown. (There is a hill on the way back). The facilities were excellent - so warm and inviting. We also took advantage of having groceries delivered before our arrival - and they were put away into the fridge and freezer and the rest left on the kitchen bench. This was so helpful.
We played tennis on the courts and our two sons had a good adventure exploring the property.
I’d definitely recommend a lake view villa.

We LOVED this place! Yes, it's a 5 minute drive from Queenstown proper, but as we were driving anyway, we wanted a large venue, off the beaten track. As an Interior Designer, I often view properties that apply to the idea of 'would I live in this place?' and Platinum ticked that box off.
They are what in Canada, we'd call 'townhouses' - small houses sharing 2 walls on either side with another unit.
Ours was a 3 bedroom; and the 3 of us were very comfortable there. The view from the patio was over the lake was gobsmacking.
Two large bathrooms, a very large main area, and decent sized bedrooms; one of which has an ensuite bathroom; the other shares a big bathroom between the other 2 bedrooms.
Beds super comfortable; place spotless; location a bit nosy because of traffic going by but not enough to disturb sleep. Loved it!

We recently returned from a 6 night stay in one of the villas and I cannot state how impressed we were. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with everything you need, the lounge is spacious but retains a cosy vibe (we absolutely loved the gas fire), the bedrooms are all a very decent size not to mention how comfortable the beds were, then of course the spectacular view of the lake and mountains! WOW! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
We thoroughly recommend these villas. We will be back for sure!

The location, facilities, and staff are all excellent. The unit was impeccably clean, fitted out with everything you could possibly need to feel at home, and with a lake and mountain view you couldn't tire of. You can leave your car behind in the onsite parking, as it is a very pleasant walk to the centre of town (or the bus stops right outside, if you prefer). The villas would particularly suit families and groups looking to self-cater.

We discovered this place online when we were searching for a special place where we could feel restored, & we were not disappointed.
The uninterrupted view of the Remarkables & lake was spectacular from the living area & bedroom. It was uplifting to be surrounded by so much beauty.
As keen nature lovers we enjoyed looking out on the natural bush & bird life as well,& there was even a mistletoe on the property.
The villa was beautifully presented, spacious,& very comfortable in every way, including a well equipped kitchen.
Even though there was fresh snow it was so cozy inside with the gas fire & underfloor heating in the bathrooms.A lovely welcome when we arrived with the heating turned on & delicious Seriously Good Chocolates from Southland.
Kharty & Michaela & also the room staff helped us in many ways & nothing was a problem for them.
Everything was very clean & well kept.
We were indeed glad that we booked nine nights here.VERY BEAUTIFUL & RESTFUL.

Cannot rate this place high enough. The location is superb as you are tucked away from the hustle of a busy Queenstown, we had views overlooking the lake and from the living room you can only see the lush lawn, some tussocks and then water water water. It was beautiful. Staff super friendly and helpful and you feel like you are almost in a holiday home with no one around you. Great facilities in your apartment. Bedding was really nice luxurious, was able to do some washing and drying in our room, kitchen well equiped. Decor lovely. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

Tons of room for us all, amazing views from our room, warm on arrival and convenient location from the city. The staff were really helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the whole apartment was really well kitted out with plenty of kitchen equipment. Our only disappointment was running out of wifi - lots of photos of the stunning scenery being uploaded blew our allotted daily allowance. So probably unlimited wifi would be super for a large family. Other than that, we loved everything about this place.

Good morning,
We have a heater in the lounge room downstairs together with a fireplace, which keeps the place nice and cozy. Upstairs we have a heater in the hallway, heated floors in the bathrooms and heated towel rails.
Good morning, our villas do not have air-conditioning however we do have portable fans in each bedroom for summer.
HI Jazzy,
Thank your for your message. Our maximum capacity in each villa is 6 as the bedding configuration is fixed to 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Singles.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards
Ben
Most of them have the lake view. Pl tell them you are particular and they will accomadate. All the villas are lined up along the lake. Simply breathtaking. A few are on the other side that have other views. Don’t miss the lake view. All villas are on ground/first floor. No further height.
They are a great property. The best I liked.
