Where do I start - these villas are super comfortable and perfect as a base for a Queenstown holiday. They are on the edge of town (just a short walk to the centre of Queenstown) but because of their location they feel like they are on some remote lake. The introductory letter from staff states that their aim is to create a "home away from home" feel - they do this beautifully as everything you need is in the villa. Beds are very very comfortable, complimentary choccies are to die for, and the fireplace is lovely on those chilly mornings. And the view ...... just superb. This is our new Queenstown 'go to'.

We hugely enjoyed an 8 night stay at Platinum Queenstown and loved every moment. The villa was well equipped, had a beautiful outlook and was located only a 10 minute stroll into town. Bit of a hill to get home but we needed it to burn off all the amazing food that we indulged in during our visit. Highly recommend and we’ll be back again.

Loved our 6 night stay here... The bed in the main bedroom was the comfiest I have ever slept in! Loved the fire with a push of a button. We had an Alpine View Villa which still had gorgeous views of the lake. The villas had everything we needed and a nice easy 15 min walk straight into town. Would definately stay here again.

Our second stay at Platinum Villas. The accommodation is exceptional, the view is amazing! Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Close walk to town. Modern and luxurious. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else .

We had an amazing stay at Platinum Queenstown Villas as a family of 5. The villa gave us lots of space to not feel on top of one another, yet it was so cozy and warm with the fireplace and heaters - perfect to come back to after a long day of skiing or adventure. The view from the Lakeview apartments of the Remarkables is nothing short of incredible. The kitchen is really well appointed; it had everything we needed to cook out own meals. Plenty of coffee sachets, dishwashing tabs, toilet paper and laundry powder was provided, which really takes the hassle out of staying somewhere other than home. The staff were easily contactable and efficient. We had groceries delivered to the Villa while we were still on the plane, and they were packed away for us before we arrived - it was so convenient. We loved it so much that booked again for next year and can't wait to go back.…

Extremely clean, modern and functional for our family of 6! Staff very helpful. Beds incredibly comfy and unit was beautifully warm when outside was 0°C - 7°C. Very well maintained unit. We had the Alpine room and although not a direct view of the Remarkables, one step outside the outside the back doors, an east view could be seen. Local Bus service effectively at the driveway and only a few minute ride to CBD. Cardrona bus also picked us up from same bus stop. Recommend this accomodation highly.

We stayed at Platinum Villas for 4 nights ahead of embarking on a Great Walk. The location is fabulous - lovely views over the lake and mountains, an easy 15 minute walk into centre of Queenstown. (There is a hill on the way back). The facilities were excellent - so warm and inviting. We also took advantage of having groceries delivered before our arrival - and they were put away into the fridge and freezer and the rest left on the kitchen bench. This was so helpful. We played tennis on the courts and our two sons had a good adventure exploring the property. I’d definitely recommend a lake view villa.

We stayed in a lake view villa with another couple and were thrilled with our choice. The view from the first glimpse through the front door, to the vista from the back bifold doors which open out onto a patio, was breathtaking! The villas were very well appointed. The living area was great for two couples sharing and made even more lovely by the wonderful gas fire. The bathrooms too were spacious with full size bath, heated floor and towel rails. The villa was extremely clean on arrival. We found the 25 min walk into town easy & picturesque. The villas are set up the hill a bit so the last 10 mins got the heart rate up a bit but nothing unpleasant. If walkings not your thing there’s a bus stop right by the villas. Would highly recommend!!
