If you are looking for a clean, modern and self-contained apartment in the heart of Queenstown with fantastic views, then the Whistler Holiday Apartments could be the place for you. Rated 4 stars by Qualmark, our apartments are warm, private and within close walking distance for you to explore all of Queenstown’s great attractions. We are a five minute walk from the local supermarket Fresh Choice, five minutes from the Skyline Gondola and around ten minutes from the Lake Front. All of our apartments have a “walk out” balcony so that you can enjoy the fresh clean air of Queenstown and take in the stunning views of the mountains, gondola and paragliders. We provide a great base from which you can explore Milford Sound, the Fiordland National Park and the more general Southern Lakes region. Situated close to the Remarkables slopes, Coronet and Cardrona, we also offer a great location for any keen skiers and snow boarders looking to explore the slopes.

Detailed Reviews
Excellent location easy 5-10 min walk into town no steep hills parking on site. Rooms spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our appt overlooked the gondola Area is quiet. Hosts are very friendly and very helpful nice maintained garden and the building is well maintained too washing machine in room dryer is in separate area and is shared but no time restriction as to when it can be used. Apartments are big and well maintained. I have no hesitation in recommending Whistler and will definitely use them again whenever we return. I wish it could be soon but as we live in Scotland it may be a while

Very convenient location, short walk to Queenstown city. Room were clean, bed was great too and it is quite spacious in the living room.
There’s washer provided in the room and dryer available with minimum price.
Overall, we enjoyed our room.

We (2 adults, a 12 and 14 year old) enjoyed a wonderful 10 night stay at Whistler Apartments in early July. We loved the location as it was close to everything! - the centre of town, the snow centre (where we needed to pick up snow gear), the Gondola, and supermarkets. Being from Perth WA, we especially enjoyed the heated flooring in the bathroom and the heated towel rack. The ability to leave our ski gear in the warm washroom was also great. To have a washing machine in the room was an added bonus. The dryer came in handy on a few occasions too. The apartment was warm and cosy. The only suggestion we'd have is to add a hook or two in the entrance. Staff were always available to help out/answer questions and they even stored one of our large suitcases for us. Thank you Whistler!

The accommodation location and the facilities available (laundry machine, kitchen equipment, parking space) are very valuable and convenient. It is located between the Sky Cable and Waqati Phu. If you choose to play in the city center, this is definitely the best place, you don't need to compete with others, everyone has a seat, if there is a need for laundry, there is also a washing machine.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. Queenstown is very busy with lots of road works. This apartment is so close to town to walk but far out enough (just a couple of minutes) to avoid the noise and congestion. The apartment had everything we needed…spacious, clean, a fabulous view, all cooking and laundry facilities we needed, it has the most comfortable bed and lounge. We stayed 5 nights and felt so at home. Free parking was a huge plus in this town. The reception staff were so friendly and the price was so so competitive.

Fantastic facility very close to town, supermarkets, bus stops etc. Having a full kitchen really helped and the staff were so helpful. They looked after our bags for us when we went tramping and even put them back into our rooms for our return. I would highly recommend this place.

This apartment was very conveniently located a short walk into the main centre. Parking was good as it was covered. The dryer was a little difficult to locate but worked well when we found it under the building. Bed was comfortable though the bedroom was pretty tight and room for only one suitcase in the wardrobe. Under floor heating in the bathroom was appreciated. Our only negative was that your legs and feet were always cold in the lounge room even with the airconditioning on. Probably due to all the glass which is single pane. Amenities were great loved the dishwasher and washing machine. Great view of the gondola.

Booked online with trepidation, hoping that the photo gallery reflected the actual property. Rate was listed at $120 per night and when I clicked book it dropped to $100 per night. When we arrived it looked okay from the roadside. The check in was smooth with a lovely welcoming young woman in reception and then up to the room where WIN it was fantastic. Roomy and I mean roomy. Great lounge kitchen bathroom bedroom washing machine shower. Highly recommended to anyone looking for accommodation and not wanting to pay for a lake view, you can get that everywhere you go when out of the room anyway.

The apartment is in a great location with everything you need to stay for a while. It's fully fitted even with a washing machine and powder to do some clothes washing. They have thought of everything. Two flights of stairs to get there but that's nothing seeing as Queenstown is very hilly so this is built on the flat.

Warm, comfortable apartment with plenty of room for suitcases and people to move around. All necessities in the kitchen area. The heating was needed and easy to manage. I had 2 nights here at each end of a week after doing a cycle tour. Each check in time was past reception hours and keys were left for ease of access. Thanks you.

Not sure we had one bedroom with a queen bed and a small bed with a very small window. Room was big though. Living area off the balcony was roomy as well and bright because of the sliding glass window.
Hello there. We were there in NZ spring so I wasn't paying much attention to the heating. I think there was an electric heater in the bedroom, I know there was one in the living room because I turned it off. The bathroom has a heated floor and big heated towel rail which is great for drying outdoors clothing.
The room we stayed in had one double bed, so it may be they have different room types available. You could drop them an email about the beds. I contacted them a few times before we got the NZ to ask about parking and other travel stuff - they were always quick and helpful at replying.
1Gb free and then purchase with $5/Gb. No access probs in my room
There is no ocean anywhere near Queenstown. Don't know where you got that from. Ground floor is car parking underneath the units, no unit is on ground floor, all units are first floor or 2nd floor. It does not have spectacular views but still is very nice view. It is facing a main road but that road is quiet at night. Big plus, walking distance into town where there is no parking basically. - If you like the answer, please give it a Helpful tick - thank you.
