Very nice friendly people who would do whatever you ask. Rooms were very clean and well appointed but we were in on a very hot day and felt aircon would have been great, but did not take away from the people and room. They also bought the breakfast forward a half hour for us without any hassle as we were getting picked up for a LOTR tour at 8am. Highly recommended!!

Friendly family owned business. Rooms aren't huge but have good sized beds as well as being clean and comfortable. Plenty of lounge space if you want to stretch out and relax. Nice views out to the lake and less than a 10 minute walk into town. Free cooked breakfast was delicious and made a great start to our day. Highly recommended.

We booked at the very last minute as bad weather stopped our campervan trip in its tracks. Excellent location. Friendly welcome and service. Nice room and scrupulously clean with good amenities. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely come again and would recommend.
