Nice well appointed hotel in the heart of Queenstown. Spacious comfortable rooms which were very clean and tidy. They have a complimentary wine and nibbles hour from 5pm which is a nice touch although we didn’t partake as we were always out. We can’t comment on breakfast as we ate out each day and they don’t have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. This wasn’t really an issue though as there are many eateries nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I went back to Queenstown.

Room Tip: Parking is quite limited but we didn’t have a car so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable room. The daily happy hour was a nice opportunity to meet other couples visiting from other countries. The hot tub is relaxing and was very nice on a rainy afternoon.

A wonderful welcome from Sacha who showed us to our super comfortable room. No hidden extras as all snacks and soft drinks, tea and coffee were free. A comfortable guest lounge with a happy hour between 5 and 6 every evening, a chance to meet other guests over a glass of wine or beer. Great location just a few minutes walk from Queenstown but peaceful and stylish. Thank you, Sacha for making our last night in NZ so relaxed and memorable

Good location in Queenstown Small and perfectly formed. More like a private house than a hotel. Staff are brilliant, there if you needed them, extremely friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast superb Rooms really comfortable. Happy Hour held every day and guests mingled and chatted - it's that sort of place! Can't recommend highly enough, but can we keep it a secret please :)

Very handy for town shops, bar’s restaurants etc. The modest outside belies the spacious interior. We had a-great sized room with large ensuite shower. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room with fridge for fresh water, milk etc. Great welcome from Sasha. Happy hour 5-6 freebies wine beer and nibbles chance to say hello to fellow travellers. We didn’t sample breakfast as prefer to eat brunch later. Able to park car on site for $20 a day. Really lovely stay and happily recommend. Tiny issue for us was being on ground floor we had to close blinds as, despite shrubbery, people did look into our room when we were in there relaxing.
